Done Right installed a small retaining wall for us and some edging along the front of our house. Their pricing was much more reasonable compared to some other quotes I received. I wasn’t sure if that meant the quality of work would be lesser but I’m happy with the final result.
Our project kept getting pushed back due to rain over the course of a couple weeks. So the heavy stone pallets they left on part of our yard ended up killing the grass underneath. Done Right put new sod down afterwards which I appreciated.
Great operation over here. Met with Mike and Mark to design a landscape installation at my house. They were informative, saved me money with their ideas, and ultimately created a beautiful outdoor living space for my family and I to enjoy this summer. I highly recommend this group. They show up, communicate throughout the entire process, and got things “Done Right”!

5 stars to the team at Done Right Landscapes. After purchasing a new home, we searched reviews for landscapers in the area, and settled on Done Right based upon the many positive comments. Our home needed new sod, reworked plant beds, shrub removal, and irrigation system upgrade. Our salesman, Mike Nelson helped us to design a plan that would update our lawn and landscape design. Project Manager, Sean Olsen explained the process from design to final walk through and even accommodated us with a few minor changes along the way. The landscape team coordinated the timing of our project with Chad Nasalroad from their irrigation division as he worked to install water saving components to our irrigation system. Finally, big Kudos to Fernando, Santiago, and Leo who perfectly executed this project. The Done Right Landscape team is perfectly named. Great job Done Right!

Some time ago my wife and I decided to have our yard landscaped. Living on the side of a steep hill caused water runoff problems that needed to be addressed. A neighbor used Done Right to landscape their yard and attend to runoff problems they were having. After seeing the quality of work Done Right did for our neighbor we knew we wanted the same quality and beautiful decorative work for our yard.
We contacted Done Right, explained what we needed, and they sent a representative to view our yard and offer a variety of plans that would meet our needs. We chose to have three large textured concrete walls and two concrete patios constructed. We also had a large fire pit placed between the two walls. The walls were designed to alleviate our water runoff problems. The patios were designed to move water away from our home.
The Done Right crews sent to our home are true professionals. Their work is not only beautiful, it is amazing. Our hats are off to Corey, Luis, and Jose who are three skilled landscape artists who made our dreams come true. Thank you gentlemen, and thank you Done Right.

I had a very good experience with Done Right Landscapes. My project started out small, but the scope kept growing as I added more and more to the project.. It turned into a fairly significant project. Mark from Done Right walked us through the process with good suggestions and was helpful keeping things to our budget amount. When issues came up, as they inevitably do in this type of project, they were very responsive and took care of any issue right away. To me that is the measure of a good company. We are thrilled with the end result. I highly recommend Done Right and would gladly use them again. Doug

Done Right Landscapes did a great job replacing an old patio with a new, much larger patio as well as new plant beds creating a whole new landscape for our backyard. Comparing bids and reviews we were thrilled with our choice at a much, much lower price than competitors without sacrificing quality. I cannot say enough about their crew. They were extremely hard working, kind and professional. Their work was impeccable. We will definitely use the company again if we have future needs.

***UPDATE 5/23/24 Well, Adam, the company owner, emailed me on Sunday (5/19) and said he wanted to apologize and "make things right". He asked to chat on Monday and he called me. We discussed the issues and lack of follow-through by his foreman, Sean. He said he would speak to Sean and get the items taken care of (replant hydrangea half out of the ground, place edging to contain the rock, and replace the 3 Junipers). It was set up for Wednesday or Thursday this week but I asked him to make it Wednesday and I was having the patio and pool deck powerwashed on Thursday morning. They crew came Wednesday morning and took care of most of the job. There was a little miscommunication but they came back first thing this morning to make it right! Adam realizes his company's reputation was on the line and he was very sincere in making sure I was satisfied. ***
*** UPDATE 5/18/24 Interesting that their "canned reply" to contact their customer service buts the responsibility back on me. Why would I expect anything different when they haven't responded to other direct communications ***
So disappointed in the follow-up for my landscape projects. The nursery stock, when delivered, was beautiful. The paver patio was installed perfectly, but the follow-up stunk! I had materials replaced in my front and rear yards. In the back they installed 3 tall yews. After a few days 2 of the 3 started leaning. I notified my project manager and salesperson and they asked me to send photos. Also a small plant in the back started coming out of the ground which made me inspect and realize the holes really weren't prepared correctly. Just dug to accomodate the new plant and filled around the sides. That's not how I was told to do it properly years ago. A river rock area in the back was also not contained to the area it was designed to cover and the rock had slid into the yard and adjacent mulch. I notified them on April 12 and finally someone came April 30th. By then there were dead limbs on the yews that they staked. They did not replant the other small plant. And as to the rock issues, "There is nothing on the drawing about any kind of edge getting put in. Even a shovel edge. It is laid according to the drawing you signed." REALLY??? I depended on them to adequetly design the project and paid well for it. On May 1 I send a letter to Adam the owner and no response. As much as I hate to say it, I would avoid this company.

I am writing this review to document my family’s experience with Done Right Landscapes, which started in Nov 2023.
The salesperson promptly arrived after we asked for a quote. He was kind and professional, also offered us a couple of options to make the front of our house more presentable.
The walkthrough with the project manager was also a pleasant experience. He was thorough, marking off what needed removed, making a diagram, as well as videotaping his notes. This is important for later.
The workers that came to our house the day of the project looked unprofessional. They came to the door to announce that they arrived and asked what they were supposed to do with the project, despite having three different mediums worth of planning. Throughout the day, they proceeded to knock on the door 3 other times asking what they were to do. It was extremely concerning and made my wife, who was home alone at the time, feel extremely uncomfortable. They left leaving the job “completed” but not up to the expectation that they promised.
After the project, we were supposed to meet with the project manager again to go over everything and confirm we were happy with the project. Instead, we got multiple emails asking for us to pay. After reaching out, we met again with him, he apologized for missing the meeting. He also made plans for more sod to be laid down because of the workers shoddy performance.
After winter, I started watering our plants. I noticed many of the plants that we asked them to rip out were coming back in the same amounts as before their work. I also noticed that some of the plants they planted did not make it through the winter. I called the number that was provided in our folder. The call was answered, and we met one week later on March 10th. During this meeting, they agreed that they needed to tear out the weeds, plant new plants, and lay down more grass seed since their workers did not do that either. I was told to wait a couple weeks to see exactly how many plants they need, but they would reach back out to schedule a day.
Despite being told that they would reach back out to honor their warrantee, I have not heard back from any of them. In April, I called their office and left a message with the receptionist. I also called and left a message using the number provided on their business card in the provided folder. Three days ago, I sent an email to the email address that sent us the proposal and have yet to hear back.
I am trying my best to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this process has been miserable at best, and almost feels like we got robbed at worst.
Edit: To the owner reply below, your response proves how little you care. Had you actually read the post, you’d know that I already left a message with your “customer service” and never received a call back

We searched a long time to find the right company to extend our existing concrete patio out into our yard while we added a new deck. We had them add a small area for our birds, do some irrigation work and downspout upgrades but the primary project was adding 25 feet of concrete and pavers as well as add a sitting wall and fire pit. When evaluating companies, it is always more about process and design than just price to me. Many of the companies we talked to were higher or lower than Done Right but the price we paid seemed fair based on all we were getting done and the material selection and design adjustments worked out very well. The crew on the job(s) were outstanding and did a wonderful job. The only criticism we have is the poor communication between crews as there were multiple issues with communication that we had to work through. I can say they finished strong with the irrigation and downspout work and Corey, our PM, listened to our concerns and made sure the final touches were completed and we appreciated that. Would we recommend them? Yes, we would very much recommend them and only suggest that you stay up on what you need to happen and when and hope that their communication issues get resolved because the actual end result is amazing.
