Your "technician" guessed wrong about the problem with my washing machine. I changed the part myself that he said was the problem. Cost me 9.00. He wanted to charge me 200.00 He didn't even run the washer long enough to hear the noise to begin with. We bought a new washing machine. I wasn't going to bother but since you wanted to know, that's it. I changed the part it didn't fix the problem so I bought a new washing machine.

On a previous repair on a washer, I asked Nick what he recommends on replacement of my washer and dryer, he said get speed queen commercial washer and dryer. These folks are honest and quick.

Jeff was amazing! He not only showed up on time but when he couldn't get my washer to throw the codes again, he tore it apart trying to figure out why it was causing me so many issues. Very detailed and thorough and didn't try to charge me for a bunch of parts and labor I didn't need since he couldn't pinpoint the issue. Was polite and respectful and told me the service call is guaranteed for 30 days so if it does act up once he leaves, he will be back to diagnose FREE! I am very impressed by the service they provided and the time they took today to help us with our washer. Thank you - we appreciate honest people like YOU!
