Very friendly and give us good price on a rental
Change a cancellation fee without notice. No sign posted anywhere about fee.
Says it's on contract you sign.
No mention of fee at time of signing contract. Didn't have 0pertunty to read contract and they made no mention of Fer while I was there. Also canceled event well in advance. 2 week in advance of use. Lied and said I canceled a day before. One man talked to me on the phone as I was not a paying customer. Would never do business with someone as disrespectful as this man was. Don't rent here.

Ok so first off we made two different rentals first was for an E50 excavator. The second was a bobcat skid steer. No I understand with the tornado that hit Amory their equipment had constantly been rented out so something could very well had been missed on a checklist. But the excavator blew a hose and it sat two full days before someone got out to replace it and the bobcat messed up and the track came off on a Saturday with it being a holiday weekend nobody was in office to even be able to get anyone out here so I personally had to learn to do it myself. We was told we would be reimbursed for the time lost or thay would at least make it right after he check the odometer hours. Still no word back from them but I do know that if by chance u rent from them makbee sure towash them throughly before any use to help minimize issues. Hope my review helps ..

Rented a rear tine tiller for one day for 53 bucks. Tiller was in perfect working order and my garden is huge. Got it filled and planted in the same day!!!
