Do not like the drawers... Horrible size!!! Having to pay to be reworked to even fit a 1" organizer in them. Totally useless. After spending $24,000.00 on cabinets. Can't even put my makeup in the bathroom makeup seating area drawer. 1" deep. Same at the desk. 3 of those drawers there. Guess you are just supposed to throw your pens and pencils in there. Forget a box of staples, They won't fit. I bought a 1.77" organizer and there was no way it would. Beautiful cabinets. Worthless drawers. I could say more but I'm not. Update… two years out I asked to update my bathroom cabinet to go to the ceiling like I really wanted when purchased ?And I was told he would not do it. Said they don’t go back and do follow up cabinets they have enough work from new install. Soooo if you plan on doing any work later forget it. It’s a one and done here. No add ons to match your cabinets. And mine are only 2 years old. Customer Service was horrible here.

I am only sorry that I can't score this company lower. My wife and I built a home and paid Batesville Cabinet Co. $30k for CUSTOM cabinets. What we received was far from custom. They cut shelving with a dull blade causing splintering on the ends, they made numerous holes in the backs of the cabinets, they used black sheetrock screws to hang white cabinets. During the installation they broke a cabinet, but hung it anyway. I have request a phone call from Terry or Mike the two owners to discuss the "shotty workmanship" and the rude installer appointment setter to no avail. I can only speculate that the current 4.8 rating comes from family, friends and employees. Steer clear of Batesville Cabinet Company!

Batesville cabinets initially did a good job for a good price. But when our refrigerator had to be replaced, and the door panel had to be remade, they flat out lied and cheated us. First it took months to get the panel, I don't believe that they started it until I called/went by there multiple times. When it arrived it looked like they threw it together nothing like the original. They quoted me a price but when it was delivered it was 2/3's more than the quote. When I questioned this and threatened to report them to the BBB I was told I'd be refunded the difference. Two months later no refund, no word. All this after we spend over $30,000 with them. Guess they don't appreciate customers. Would never recommend them. Update. 1/2018 Well I finally got a phone call from Batesville Cabinets wanting to clear this up. The woman that I spoke to apologized and sent is a check for part of the difference. I'm satisfied, had given up on hearing from them at all. They do beautiful work. Glad that in the end they followed up and made things better. Upped their stars based on following up and owning the issue.
