Installation and service is excellent. Answered all questions from three women I might add so the service tech Jeff has the patience of a saint. Would recommend them without any hesitation.

I called late on a Friday to schedule service on my generator and have an error issue looked at. The technician was at my house by 8am Monday. Jeff was professional, courteous and so kind. He fixed the error issue that our previous company had been unable to rectify. He also took the time to go through some basic 'to do's" in the event the machine has to run for an extended amount of time. He made me feel so much more comfortable with this big machine. It's evident Lamey Electric really values their customers and I will continue to use them in the future.

I would like to take a minute and show appreciation for Mr. Curtis. He is an exceptional professional and his customer service is out of this world. We had Generac generator installed a few months ago. Mr. Curtis kept us informed of the process and explained everything necessary to maintain our product. I’ve had to call him a few times for a review because I forgot something or just a basic question and he ALWAYS answered promptly and never made me feel like a burden. We need more people like him in the world…he went above and beyond to assist me and I am so grateful! Thank you Lamey Electric for having him as a part of your team. God bless!!

My wife and I just bought a home in Biloxi. The home already had a 22kw Generac whole-home generator installed. The generator had some service warnings, so I called Lamey Electric to set up maintenance service for the generator. I am not very good at remembering names, but the lady I talked to on the phone was very nice and scheduled someone to come out the following Tuesday at 7:30 am. The service was supposed to include changing out the oil and air filter, new spark plugs, oil change, and to check the battery. Sure enough around 7:30 am the Tech, again who I unfortunately cannot remember his name, called and said he was on the way. We were not at the home, but they came out to service it anyway. After a few hours he called and told us that everything was good to go. When I got back to the house the green "ready" light was showing on the generator, and there were no more service warnings. The generator fired up no problem. I am very happy with their service , and I plan on calling them again for some future projects around the house.
