Great AC Service Experience! I finally found a company that I can truly rely on for my AC unit. Michael, the technician, arrived promptly at my home and thoroughly inspected both the inside and outside components to make sure everything working properly. Unfortunately, it wasn't. He showed how the previous company had incorrectly wired my outside unit, causing additional issues. Michael helped to get my home comfortably cool even on a scorching day of over 90 degrees. Given that my unit is 20 years old and I've made some home additions, Michael provided me with several estimates to consider. I genuinely appreciate being presented with options without any pressure or feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. Many thanks to Ball Heating and a special thank you to Michael for your great service.
Mike was very professional, pleasant n very respectful. He did a thorough check up of my AC inside n outside. He even cleaned out the unit in the backyard, gave me scenarios w prices of different services, Ball Heating & and air offers. Thank u, Mike!

I highly recommend Ryan, the air conditioner technician who diagnosed the problem with my AC. He quickly identified there was a refrigerant leak in the system and provided clear guidance on various options. Since our unit was old and had exceeded its warranty, we determined the best route was to purchase a new unit. Ryan went above and beyond by temporarily fixing the AC to keep us comfortable while we wait for the new unit to be installed. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He scheduled a time for his team to install the new unit as soon as possible, which was greatly appreciated.

William did a great job and was very knowledgeable and thorough. This was technically the 4th visit for the same issue, so we were very attentive to everything he was doing. William listened to all of our concerns and offered helpful points and explanations of what was happening with the AC.
We are just waiting now for the company to get back with us to resolve a repair issue that arose after the first visit.
I would also like to mention Josh Petty handled 2 of our calls prior to William coming on our 4th call.
Josh was also very professional and helpful. Both were very professional and friendly with no pressure for major expenses or unnecessary services.

Michael was knowledgeable and spotted the issue we were having right away. Also explained the loyalty program as well and the benefits of the service. Very fast and reliable service. We really appreciate him coming out as quickly as he could. Very honest about the situation and provided reasonable solutions.

Trevor is a very nice polite young man. He handles himself professionally and is willing to answer any questions asked of him. He is confident and knowledgeable in identifying the problem and then repairing it. In the future, I would be happy to have him service my unit.

When I got home from work around 6pm the temperature inside my house was 82 degrees. I search for a company that could respond after hours and landed on Ball Heating & Cooling. The company answered quickly, gathered my information, and passed everything to their servicing department. Within 20 minutes around 7pm servicing called me and advised that a technician could be there around 8:30pm. I was notified via text that a technician (Ryan) was assigned and would be responding. At 7:11pm, I was notified again via text that Ryan was on his way with a link to track his travel from Ocean Springs. Ryan quickly diagnosed and repaired my AC. He shared very useful information with me and explained their Shield subscription. Ryan went above and beyond what I expected and completed the servicing before 8pm! He was extremely respectful, responsive, and informative. Never made any decisions without discussing cost with me and getting my approval. If you have not heard of Ball’s Shield program, you should contact them. Saved me over 150 dollars on this simple repair. Thank you Ryan and everyone else at Ball Heating & Cooling.

Great experience overall from scheduling to job completion. The technician, Justin Garrett was clean and professional explaining all aspects of the replacement of two 3/4” gate valves with new ball valves. A little pricy but from my experience with other plumbing companies in the area you get what you pay for. Would definitely utilize them again. Will probably have them service my AC as well before summer.
