We finally replaced our air conditioning unit after several years of putting it off, and after considering multiple quotes, we chose North Bay Heating and Air. The entire process from start to finish was absolutely incredible. Communication was top-notch throughout.
Mikey V came out, thoroughly assessed our current systems, and discussed our options in detail. He offered several choices, guiding us in selecting our new system, which was installed today. Mrs. Teresa worked with us on scheduling, ensuring we locked in a convenient day.
The real icing on the cake was the installers, Daryl and Justin. These guys didn’t mess around; they came ready to work, answered every question I had, and completed the installation quickly and professionally, with the highest level of quality.
I couldn’t recommend North Bay Heating and Air more based on our experience. We had several quotes, but if you want to save time and ensure top-notch service, look no further than North Bay for your A/C needs. Thank you for an A+ job through and through!

I had my roof replaced a couple of weeks ago and a nail ended up hitting the copper line causing all of the freon to leak out. North Bay installed our new system almost (4) years ago and I wanted to make sure they were the ones who came out to inspect/repair the system. I supplied the roofing company the contact information, she made a call first thing on a Friday morning and spoke to Mrs. Teresa, who is so sweet and professional. Mrs. Teresa reached out to Todd (tech) who met the roofing rep at my house by 8 am. Todd quickly started his diagnostic and found there wasn't any freon, headed up to the attic, and found the nail hole. Due to the location of the copper line and damage, he offered the roofing company (2) options, the roofing company worked quickly to assist due to heavy rain coming in by noon. During the entire time, Todd was awesome! He has a great personality, is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to make the repairs as well as the roofers just as the sprinkles started. I absolutely love working with local companies as they offer the best service. I will recommend North Bay to anyone needing HVAC work. This company is great after loosing my A/c blower fan I called these guys and Mike came out and had it fixed quick.He answered all my questions with a lot of knowledge. I Highly recommend Mike if you want it done right. Thanks North Bay!

Highly recommend North Bay. I needed a new system They installed a window unit until they could complete the work the next morning. They arrived as scheduled and didn’t stop until the inside and outside air and heating system was installed. They checked my attic and corrected work that was complete about 6 years ago by a major company. The installers were very detailed. I have peace of mind in knowing that everything was correctly completed.

Called them at 7 am Mon morning. Mike was here at 9 am. 15 minutes later he had replaced our capacitor and had our ac back up and running. I have used North Bay before for my ex wife's house and they have always been prompt and professional. I highly recommend them for any AC needs.

Mark and his team of professional servicemen always do a great job for us. They have been quick to repair our AC and just recently diagnosed our problem and switched out a contacter very quickly. The price was reasonable and I'm very satisfied as always. Definitely would recommend.
