Right after Hurricane Zeta, Renova's Hunter and Nick offered to tarp my roof. They showed up, tarped the roof and I was charged exactly what they said. I decided to go with them to replace the roof. They had everything in place the night before they started. Workers showed up around 730am and worked until almost dark. They finished a 4,415 sq ft roof in one day and did an excellent job. One thing really stuck out about Renova. Hunter, Nick or someone from Renova was at my house during the tarping, replacing the roof and the final inspection. The team that was assigned to replace my roof was available anytime I called/texted them with questions. Hunter and Nick have a complete understanding of roofing and it really showed. It was a pleasurer working with them and I would highly recommend Renova for anything that involves roofing.
I was in a time crunch to get a new roof with my insurance company. They came over the very next day and did a great job. Highly recommend this company!

The people were so nice and very helpful. Lead me through the process of getting a new roof. Thankful that they were so responsive and had great customer service. Brandon was great and I would do business with him anytime. Will recommend Renova to all of my relatives and friends. Thanks, Renova!

We had a great experience with Renova and our consultant Matt McCoy. He was very professional and answered any questions we had and even came over a few times while the crew were putting on our metal roof and making sure we were happy with the way things were going. I would definitely use Renova again and would definitely recommend contacting Matt McCoy if you are in need of a shingle or metal roof! We even had them install gutters.
We have had so many compliments from our neighbor saying they love the color of the metal. (Charcoal grey)

Renova helped us get the roof we needed by offering a loan... this helped as it is too costly for a roof these days.. so, $17,000 later we are good. The roofers did step through our ceiling in 2 places and we contacted them and they stated it would be fixed... still waiting on that but the guy did come and look at it. The roof looks good .. don't know if there are any leaks because it hasn't rained yet. They were on time and cleaned up their mess.

Matt was awesome. My insurance company made the process as long and convoluted as possible. Matt and the folks at Renova roofing explained everything and showed great patients when dealing with my crazy insurance company. The work was spot on. The guys they sent out to do the roof were fast, respectful, and they even touched up the paint that got chipped when the roof came off. When they were done they cleaned up every little piece of debris and left my year nice and tidy. The roof looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend their service to family and friends. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Renova! After all the heavy rainfall from this past summer, we discovered some water damage in our kitchen & it was determined that we had improper drainage on our back patio cover adjacent to the roof. The age of the roof was also an issue. I contacted Renova for an estimate and they came out that same day. We signed papers on a Saturday and had materials delivered that following Monday, then the roofers started work on Tuesday. All in all, we had a full roof replacement, a full back patio cover replacement, seamless gutter installation, and internal sheetrock repair. All of their crews were very friendly & made sure to include us in the process. They worked quickly but were still thorough. Our consultant, Christian, would come by periodically & perform quality inspections, and he was quick to fix any deficiencies. Christian also made sure to communicate with us frequently to keep us advised of any delays or schedule changes. My husband & I were very pleased with our Renova experience, and we would not hesitate to work with them again in the future!

Renova did a fantastic job on my home. I worked with Matt McCoy and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As someone with prior roofing experience working with someone who was knowledgeable and relatable was very helpful. Everyone was extremely nice. If there was an issues I could call Matt and speak with him which allowed us to work on things in a very responsive amount of time. I highly recommend them to everyone and if I ever need any roofing done again this is who I’ll use.
