A year later had another company do maintenance on our AC and found AirCo had rewired our system such that the fan had been spinning backwards on the condenser outside
Brad was awesome he was on time and saved the day we had been without air for weeks he was honest and wasn’t about just making a sell. He was very helpful and took the time to walk through different options and the pros and cons of each. I would be glad to give AirCo Heating & Cooling a referral and use them again in the future.Thanks again the system is working wonders.

Always my go to team!!! Extremely knowledgeable and responsive! I came home at 2am to a house 90 degrees in MS heat!!! My home warranty give their contractors 48 hours to respond. AIRCO has responded, fixed the issue and gone. My house is back cooling and the company from home warranty still haven't called! AirCo truly care! I love dealing with local business with GREAT customer service! Can't beat them! Highly recommended!!!

You won’t be disappointed! Great work and great customer service. The techs are very thorough and take there time making sure your system is fully serviced. Unlike other companies AirCo actually goes above and beyond to make sure You are completely satisfied and all your concerns are met. They take the time before they leave to give you an overall evaluation of your system. It’s nice to be in the loop and not be left not knowing what actually was done. A+ company

Outdoor unit went out on July 3rd. AirCo was there in no time and even got the unit replaced so that I didn't have to spend the 4th in the sweltering heat. Great customer service and friendly folks as well!

Brad and his crew tick all the boxes for excellent service. He and crew are extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. We've been a customer for 5+ years and will continue as long as they will have us.

Brad made sure to get right on my request for heating system maintenance which I do each fall with AirCo usually during the month of November. He sent Trace to my home as soon as possible this morning, and Trace went right to work on checking to make sure that my older furnace unit was still able to function properly. In the past, AirCo has also changed the furnace ignitor and the blower motor as well to keep my system running as efficiently as possible. During this visit, Trace also made sure to change the inside house filters and thermostat batteries which I had ready for him when he arrived. Trace is always so mannerly and professional when he comes to my home and makes sure to remind me that if I have any problems with my HVAC system to contact them immediately for help. I have been using AirCo since moving to Brandon in 2018 and plan to continue doing so!

We noticed our heater was all of a sudden not heating properly in the middle of the night. That morning we decided to contact someone right away. I would usually contact my home warranty for heating/cooling issues, but decided to go online to find a service. I saw the reviews for this company and decided to give them a try. I am 100% pleased!!! I called shortly after 8am and the owner Brad answered. He was very polite and professional with most cheerful tone and attitude. He explained someone could be out at my home around 9:30am! The technician (Jantzen Robertson) arrived promptly. He was EXTREMELY professional and efficient. He had our issue completed in less than 1 hour. He also mentioned other services they offer and gave us the option to receive a reminder in the spring. I can’t rave enough about how absolutely pleased I am with their service!!! Please believe the reviews they are the absolute truth!!!!!

We first meet Brad Bailey with AirCo in January 2018. We had a heating issue. He was able to come out the next morning on a weekend and in a couple of days, we were up and running again.
I had to contact Brad again late Saturday night. He showed up here first thing Sunday morning. This time it was for an air conditioning problem. Unfortunately the unit had to be replaced. Because Monday was a holiday he was unable to fix the issue but, had assist us in order to stay uncomfortable from the heat until Tuesday morning when he could install the new unit. The new unit is in place and working perfectly. Brad took the time to explain the best way to care for the new unit. Gave me a few tips about temperature settings as well.
Financing is available and he looked for the best deal for the money we had to spend.
I was impressed the first time we called Brad at AirCo and the second time we had to call, his service was just as great if not better than the first service call.
He is very professional, keep me informed on his progress. On time, and didn’t leave a mess for me to clean up.
I strongly recommend Brad Bailey and AirCo for your heating and cooling needs!
