One day. He came out, figured out the issue, estimated a cost for us, ordered the part, PICKED UP the parts, and had it fixed same day!! Can you believe that?! Incredible. Super thoughtful of being careful with our walls and not scratching up the washer. Very professional guy that was also personable. Would recommend 100%.
Same day refrigerator repair. Literally fixed my refrigerator within an hour of me calling. Excellent service.

If you need appliance servicing, this company is the one you should call. Chad was extremely professional and got our dryer back up and running in no time at all. He even went as far as sweeping under our dryer and shortening our dryer vent hose for us as well. These little actions, minimizing our dryer downtime, and the friendly conversations while he worked definitely made a wonderful first impression! Thank you again sir and ya’ll call him as you won’t be disappointed ?

Chad fix my refrigerator in a timely manner. As a business owner myself, I appreciate great customer service and quality work. In addition, his prices reflects the name. Will definitely use again if I have an appliance to repair.

My dishwasher pump was not working leaving the dishes unwashed. Chad came and replaced pump. He was responsive and came immediately when the part was available. However, the repair did not go well and the dishwasher would still not work. He visited the house 5 times in a span of 6 weeks to fix it and on his last visit we spoke about a refund for the service. He did mention if the machine still does not work then he would come and service it or provide the refund.
For 2 weeks after his last repair, the dishes would have soap on it and would not dry at all. I kept calling him every single day and left voicemails but he is not responding. He disconnects the phone straight away sending me to voicemails. My dishwasher motor pump again stopped working again for the 3rd time after he repaired and now he is not picking the phone to come and repair. I still do have 90 day warranty on the repair. I got in touch with Chad after 3 weeks of calling and he refunded the money.

My man Chad knows exactly what he's doing! Speedy service, experienced, polite, no BS! Home owners insurance gave me the run-around but Chad dove in and fixed my problem within 5 mins of hitting my door. Very satisfied with the service I just received.
