Very polite and helpful.
I have never had a worse experience than with CMU. I would personally be embarrassed to work there. The most unprofessional excuses for people I have ever had the regret of talking with.

We had a power outage in the neighborhood and though it took a while for the power to be restored the rep was calm cool and courteous good ol Canton folk. Thanks
