My husband and I have a construction company. We have been dealing with these folks for 18 years. They were very humble for years. I have even referred numerous of my friends and builder friends to them over the years. So today I texted Chris the son and said I haven’t heard from anyone about my job and it’s been over a week. He says I been out there twice and it’s not complete and ready. I said what’s not complete and that you should have called me. So then I decided to call him to rectify the situation. He gets on the phone starts yelling saying builders always call with the specs etc,, and that he had been out there twice in a week. I said I had no idea because nobody called me. He started yelling even louder saying he aint gone put up with me and if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else then hangs up on me. Now is this anyway to speak to a customer, but not just a customer, but one of your builders that’s been dealing with you for 18 years. I don’t know where this disrespect and anger came from, but it was utterly unbelievable. So then my husband called to speak with the husband/owner Glenn and the wife Donna said he wasn’t in. My husband felt anxious and felt the need to tell her how her son Chris had just disrespected me and she said yeah we are all here in the office and heard it and Glenn will call you and she wouldn’t listen to him and basically shut him down. She is very rude also anytime you call she is very short and matter of fact with the customers. Several of my friends have told me this that I referred to them. I will not ever patronize them again and have also told my other builder friends and they said they are out too. How dare you treat me this way after all of the jobs I have given you all plus the referrals.
