After cutting the glass to small the tech tried to fill the extra inch in with caulking and spent 45 minutes trying to convince us that the window looks good. He then told me it would cost me more for them to cut a new piece of glass and redo the window. After taking to his supervisor, who he requested I not call, the techs came back and put a new piece of glass in. The pictures speak for themselves when I say they did a horrific job.
Another window that they replaced is in a wood frame, they cut out my wood frame and caulked the window in leaving my window frame damaged. 5 windows in total were replaced for $1225 and the quality of work is consistent on all 5 windows.
The white guy lied and said that i needed a replacement instead of repair....wanted to get some money out of me...went the next day, showed the black guy what my windshield looked like before it had started spreading...he told me it could have got repaired instead of replaced...i was so upset

Extremely fast and very great quality of work they did my recalibrated windshield in well under 2 hours!!! They were courteous and very professional definitely recommend them!

Renee is great at the front desk. She explained any delays and kept me updated on progress towards finishing the window replacement in my car. The atmosphere is pleasant, and service was very fast. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
