Was able to quickly book an appointment for a service call. Technician called ahead and arrived on-time. They needed a replacement part and picked up the part and had the system fully functioning at the end of the service call. Appreciate the level of knowledge and helpfulness of the company and technician.
Checked & cleared error codes. Great service!

Brett Parry was the technician who took care of my issue. Brett is very professional, knowledgeable and is a great representative of your company. He is a high caliber employee. As a business owner myself, I would be proud of employees like Brett!

The people at Vector Security (formerly ADS) are always courteous, competent, and conscientious. Wayne did a great job changing out all my batteries yesterday. He also provided some new decals for my windows!

Both technicians were on time and were very sensitive to the environment including our dachshund. Both were right to work assessing the layout and our expectations. They were very steadfast in their objective testing all equipment checking back and forth on the aesthetics of placement through out our home. They were super sensitive to maintaining our home in a neat and respectful manner. They were very patient in training and old 73 year old man such as I am. They then trained my wife when she arrived home from work! We feel the system fulfilled our expectation for the safety of our home.
