Disorganized and stupid, and probably going out of business soon. As stated in Our 2024 03 28 email, and again in Our 2024 06 27 email: present a correct invoice (that does not include the towel bars that were NOT installed), and We will promptly tender payment. Second: sending a text threatening legal action, when We are waiting for an accurate invoice, is some of the most unprofessional stuff that I have ever seen a business do, and it severely pisses Me off. Third, there is the issue of whether or not We got the special C-10 coating on Our glass, as was annotated on the invoice (more on that once your Competitor takes a look). We will absolutely NOT contract with Dunaway Glass again, and recommend that You avoid this disorganized, stupid business.

I was in Mississippi for graduation. A window was busted out of my vehicle on the weekend. On Monday, I contacted the dealership and they referred me to Dunaway. Teresa was able to get the glass and schedule me. The technicians were great, friendly, and quick. I recommend them for any glass need you have.
