Cassandra is awful. Mainly because she likes to steal Husbands. Don’t know about her selling skills. Don’t really care either. Just know I would never recommend or give business to a place that employs anyone that is ok with breaking up a marriage and then standing by a man who abandons his kids.

I placed an order with ACME for Brick Mailbox material and asked for the delivery driver to call before dropping the order off so I could tell them where to put it. My mason isn't available for 2-3 weeks and I don't want the order just sitting by the road where it could possibly/probably get stolen. They did not call and placed it at the end of a .2 mile long driveway which is hard to monitor from my house as I live in the woods. When I called to complain, Cassendra simply said we are sorry they didn't call like you asked, but we will come move it for 50 dollars. I shouldn't have to pay because of a company employee mistake. Now I have to move the order up toward my house so it doesn't get stolen. ACME got my money so they no longer care. I'll go with another brick company next time.

This place has tons of brick, literally. Always helpful when you need it. The men who work the yard are awesome. They have a guy there who is a prodigy for matching brick. Blows my mind everytime I go.

Always had good experience with this company until recently. Customer service has gone way down. I have spent thousands of dollars with them and recently had the worst experience. Salespeople never call back and update about me about my order. I had salesperson come out and measure for stone and he never called back with a quote until I called him days later. He sent me a text quote which I had to show the salesperson in the store because he never contacted the store with the quote. Ordered some pavers over a month ago and was told would only take 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and no phone call, so I called them and they told me it would be another 2 weeks which is now over a month since ordering. Still no phone calls or updates unless I call them which began to be an every other day thing since they never call back. Felt like I was given the run around each time. This delay made me lose the installer I had lined up to lay my brick. Called and asked to speak with manager and he was out of town, so I left a message. I will not be using this company any more.
