Thank you Joshua W. and your teammate. We recently needed termite control services for our 102-year-old home, which has a crawl space accessible only by a narrow gap. Despite the 90-degree heat, humidity, and challenging conditions, Joshua suited up and worked tirelessly for five hours. Emerging intermittently, he looked like a miner from the 1920s, covered in grime. When Joshua realized the initial chemical tank was insufficient, he promptly left and returned with a larger one, demonstrating remarkable focus and dedication. His commitment to completing the task, regardless of the labor intensity and environment, showcases his grit and honesty. I’ve had my house sprayed by alliance for over 4 years, I’ve always been happy with their service, but today I had the best technician ever. They’ve always had great employees but this was the first time someone went the extra mile without me having to even ask. Riley knocked on my front door and could probably tell I was overwhelmed by my request for him to just spray the outside of the house today. He said that was no problem and went about his work. I’ve mentioned before to alliance that my back patio is a problem area for nests, spiders, etc…. and I’ve had multiple people attempt to remove some bug skeletal remains that are seemingly cemented into my back door (this is the best way I can describe it idk). I didn’t mention this today and expected a standard 5min outdoor spray. I heard noises coming from my backyard a while later, I thought it was lawn maintenance… nope.. just a nice kid cleaning the webs, nests, and corners of my patio. It was such kind gesture and brought me such relief. Fast forward to 8 hours later, im walking in my back door, and that weird skeleton bug that’s gotten on my nerves for 4 years is gone too. I don’t know how he got rid of that thing, nobody else could, but I am so grateful that I’m leaving a google review. They made my day twice so I wanted to say THANK YOU to Riley and Alliance.
