B&M from start to finish, hands down one of the best contractors I have worked with.
The estimate was detailed in explaining the work and pricing. All the major repairs need to be done were included in the pricing with no surprise cost add. I was told the process from set up to finish. Updated pictures send daily on the progress. All the expected dates were on time and finish a day early.
The professionalism with safety and clean up was amazing.
This project took 2 weeks and on the first Saturday before service, I drove by to check on the clean up but they were still working at 6:30pm. Sunday morning the parking lot and work area was spotless.
Everyday clean up was done.
B&M really took the stress out of the process and the total project.
Overall, I'd give my experience with B&M 4.7 out of 5 stars! I had to push a majority of the communication along, but other than that they delivered everything I asked for in a timely and professional manner. They even helped redesign some vent issues that were unknowing causing some leakage. Happy with the work and prices they provided--I would definitely recommend to others!

The most professional group I’ve ever encountered. Work was efficient and thorough. Finished product was delivered quickly and as described. Very happy with B&M. Highly recommend. Will use them again.

"Outstanding" is a word I have rarely used since retiring as an officer of Marines. But when it comes to B & M Roofing, it is entirely appropriate. Outstanding craftsmanship, communications and timeliness. Promises were made...and promises were kept. A quality control professional supervised the entire process. The warranty is generous. I needed a new roof and wanted to use a company that had a long standing history and good reviews. I narrowed my search down to two companies and contacted both for estimates. One of the companies never followed up other than an automated email reply to my request and the other business (B&M) contacted me the same day to schedule the physical inspection. Austin was at my house two days after my initial call and provided my estimate the same day even though it was a Friday and he had other appointments to attend to. Austin was very polite as well as informative about the entire process. I made my decision over the weekend and contacted Austin on Monday and he let me know that my roof could be done as soon as the next day. Although the next day didn’t work for me, he worked with me and I chose another day the same week. I received a call the day before installation to inform me of the time the crew would be at my house and they arrived on time. They had the job completed in the afternoon of the same day. The roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up to the point that you couldn’t even tell that they had done the job that day. Austin contacted me during the job to inform me of progress and also sent an invoice that included pictures of the work that being done.
If you are looking for a company that you can trust, B&M is the one to use. Great communication, great work, and reasonable rates. The crew did amazing work and Austin does an amazing job with his position. There is a reason B&M has been in business for over 30 years and maintains high ratings from their clients. If you want a business that is all about getting the job done and making you feel like they care about getting your business, B&M is the only call you need to make. My thanks to Austin, the office, and of course, the crew for making this experience effortless and satisfying.

Austin from B&M Roofing is absolutely fantastic! He came out in a timely manor and gave me a quote on my house that was fair and affordable. The work they did was top tier and it looks absolutely amazing! Highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

I have been using B&M for several years and they are outstanding!! The quality of their work and their professionalism are unmatched among contractors I’ve used - they’re the best!! The final invoice comes in at exactly what they quoted, or there’s a very good reason that you’re aware of!! Also, they’re an extremely good value - you get your money’s worth!! I won’t hire anyone else - I highly recommend them!!

The crew that did our roof was amazing. We have a 100 year old home and it has passed through several owners but repairs were never done, there was alot of repair work found after old roof was removed, the job took several days but everything was repaired and done correctly. The price was very good in my opinion for all the work that was done. I would recommend B&M for your roofing needs. We were extremely please with everything. They were great with communication as well.

I would like to take time and thank B&M Roofing for everything. Austin and Ashley went way beyond for me. Very professional,very responsive, on time, good value, and very good quality. Both of them absolutely bent over backwards to help. I absolutely recommend B&M for your roofing needs. I live out of state and Ashley helped pick the color and called me or emailed me very responsive. When I would call Ashley would call me by name it’s the little things to me that make a difference. Austin, man what a professional. On the job site he sent me tons of pictures. Again it’s the little things that make or back a business and they have it. Thank you Tim
