My review is not based on quality of work, but rather on communication. After sending in a quote request over a month ago and making several follow up calls, I have received no communication from Signs Plus.
Amazing customer service and excellent work! I highly recommend!

Disorganized from top to bottom.
Customer service is abysmal and lacking leadership. I tried to place an order and they told me to send them an email.
Only they don’t respond to emails.
The woman in charge of accounts makes Joe Biden seem coherent!
The graphics guy is a disagreeable bully with zero social skills .
The only positive reviews are from a decade ago.
The only bright light is Kim, who is a new hire —
I don’t know if the owner actually knows what a mess he has on his hands— since he’s rarely on sight.

I wish I could leave a review about work quality but I couldn’t even get a quote. Multiple emails and calls to the store but I got nothing. Why do you have a website and contact number listed if you don’t use them?

First Class operation
Worked with Danny and Chuck and the result was a fantastic very well made outdoor business sign and digital reader board that I am very proud of. I get a lot of customers comment positivly about our sign.I will be doing more sign work in the near future and Signs Plus Inc. will get my business
