i got quoted by another company for over $200 just for the bottom pane and labor but they quoted me much less. they they were quick getting here, they got the job done fast and efficiently. i would definitely call them again or recomment them.

The company handled the resolve beautifully in the end. First thing Monday, the owner called me personally verifying I had been quoted for three and had techs out as soon as she could to fix the issue. This time around they were also much better about giving advanced notice for me to communicate to tenants. Reply: it was not 8 weeks ago, it was 4 weeks ago on April 5th but I never got the chance to share that information with your secretary before I was told “you only paid for two” followed by “we’ll check the paperwork later”. As a customer, that sounds unethical and alarming. It is unfortunate our discovery of the problem and my call aligned with your closing and I did notate in my review that there should be a resolve Monday. I requested a receipt, but the dollar amount is all I was sent. That doesn't change the core issue here. I was given a quote for three panes. I described in detail where the windows were located and in what ways they were broken. I was not contacted once after paying my initial $300 deposit except to collect the remaining balance. I was told I’d receive a call as soon as the glass order was delivered and ready to install, but that didn’t happen. The company put me in a potentially bad legal situation with my tenants not having 24hr notice. The third pane repair was still abandoned. I trusted your company because of its amazing reviews and I am very sad to say I can’t share others’ positive experiences. How you chose to word your reply didn’t help the situation. There is a huge difference between damage control and invalidating an honest review. Next time perhaps leave it at “We are sorry for the issues you’re experiencing with your work order. We look forward to resolving this issue first thing on Monday. Thank you for your patience.” ************************* I tried to schedule twice to have three panes replaced at our rental property. The first time, they completely dropped the ball and never showed up. The second time, they finally come out to our rental property to do the repair, but they failed to provide a minimum 24 hr notice (as was requested and supposedly notated in the work order) before coming as I’m legally required to notify tenants, putting me in a potentially bad spot under the law as a landlord. They only replaced two panes, but we didn’t learn that until we were able to come out to the property (active duty military family so we were away at the time of the repair needing done). When I called about the situation, I was told they would have to find my paperwork and call me back. I then found the receipts which only show the price I paid and not what it was for. This needs to be resolved by the company. Receipts sent to the customer should include items and labor paid for. I call the company back to share the date on the receipt to help aid them in finding the paperwork. I was told “Oh he said you only paid for two windows”. No. Absolutely not. I would not pay over $600 for only two pieces of glass. I requested a quote for and repeatedly was ensured the repair was for THREE panes on two separate windows. Gave detail as to which windows. THEN was told “we will have to find your paperwork and resolve this on Monday”. They never looked at my paperwork to verify what was correct?? Don’t give customers flippant answers without verifying. Hopefully this is resolved come Monday one way or another but no one wants to have to revisit home repairs that were thought to have been handled by trustworthy professionals.

When I tell you this was the fastest, very professional, great humor window install i have ever seen i would be telling the truth. Craig and Turbo came in fixed our window gave us some laughs and was out in about 20 to 25 min tops. if that long. they will forever get our services here at American Car Center (Gulfport). Thanks Guys keep up the good work that you are doing

Glass Solutions is amazing!!! I ordered a plexiglass shield for my restaurant one afternoon and they had it installed by the time customers enter the next morning. They very professional and their product is great quality. I highly recommend them for any of your glass needs.

Glass Solutions did a great job! I had a broken jalousie window on the south side if my home. Some of the parts are hard to find or obsolete. Their technicians were courteous and professional. They explained the entire process to me. They ordered, received and installed the new glass within a few days. The glass is a little thicker so it's less likely to break, and only cost a little more making this a cost effective repair. Because the jalousie window frames are obsolete, they had a solution for this too. It looks so much nicer now! They even saved me a trip to their store and I was able to take care of the payment over the phone, then they emailed me a receipt. They made this process much easier than previous experiences with other contractors. Great customer service! Thank you!
