Be very careful of this company and make sure you always get a second opinion. My heat went out on one of the coldest days of the year. Being so that this company is near my home I decided to call them. The tech informed me that something in the unit had shorted out and it appeared as if I'd need a new unit. Well after a near $11,000 quote to have the entire unit replaced I decided to call a company I used in the past to get a second opinion. After the tech arrived and looked at it, he fixed the shorted wire and had me up and running in 10 minutes, he was shocked at the diagnostic and quote from oak Grove heating and air.
