Scheduled a team of 2 movers to unload a 16ft U-Haul for a recent move. Scheduling was efficient and communicative. I was impressed with the attention to detail and even the printed receipt after my service was complete. Carl and Pat were assigned to my move and they were incredible and professional. I had a narrow hallway they were able to fit all my furniture through. This team was far better than other movers I’ve worked with in the past and I would not hesitate on hiring them for also a reasonable cost!!

I contacted Lend A Hand Movers to help move the contents of my office to storage. I had waited until 2 weeks before due to a possible sale of the furniture, but they were still able to work out a time to help me! On the day of the move, they were prompt to arrive, careful to listen to my needs, and performed the entire move under the minimum time of 2 hours. Some of this furniture was unreasonably heavy, too, but they were able to lift/dolly all of it while taking care not to do any damage whatsoever. They focus on wrapping and padding throughout the process. Definitely a professional crew, and I will hire them again for any move I have. Thank you!

Malik & Ced helped me with my move and they were an absolute GODSEND ! I am so happy and grateful, they moved everything quick and efficiently, and it being my first time hiring professional movers, i was so impressed ! Everything was moved safely, they took everything apart and put it back together, they were mindful of my cats and were very accommodating of my specific requests. 100% recommend, and so glad i didn’t just get my friends to help me move because it was very affordable and my friends are lovely but they don’t bust out the wrapping paper and the padding and the tape and all the different dollys ! Super grateful for all their help.

I contracted Lend a Hand to move belongings from 3 storage units I had in Wiggins to our new house in the Dixie Community. There per man hourly wage and trip fee were less than 3 other movers. They arrived as scheduled with a 3 man crew and 26’ truck. They required a walk through of all units and what moved and what didn’t. Very careful not to damage by wrapping all furniture and other like items. Finished in just under 3 hours. The unload was completed promptly. They addressed all my request of moving other household items that were in storage on sight. I was happily surprised at total cost less than a thousand. I highly recommend Lend a Hand for your next move

My girlfriend of three years and I finally decided to move into a home together. They went back and forth between Petal and Hattiesburg and got all our stuff packed in quick order. While the initial service was quick and effective, once we moved into our new location and started to unload materials ourselves, we noticed that a few of our items had gone missing and a number of our furniture pieces had been damaged and/or broken beyond repair due to negligence. I had a number of game systems (a Nintendo Switch, etc.) that went missing along with a collection of games; a value of up to $500. My girlfriend's antique glass table, which she had inherited from her grandmother, was thrown into the moving truck without so much as a bother to remove the glass pane, and countless things were then stacked on top of the glass, too. When we arrived at our new place, glass covered the moving trailer, and a number of our things had fallen down and broken. Both of our antique bookshelves were also treated in this manner, with the wood buckling with how much weight that was stacked on top of them. Totally disappointed in how this transaction was carried out. Be mindful y'all.
