Best choice roofing has done mine and 27 of my close neighbors houses. We All are extremely pleased and super satisfied with them from the door knock to the last shingle nailed they were there every step of the process. I highly recommend BCR for any roofing needs.

Best Choice Roofing is truly the best. They handled everything from bringing to end and dealt with insurance and the communication is exceptional. Logan handled everything and was so nice and professional. Everyone I spoke to was great and once roofing was scheduled, they got the job done so quick and efficient and everything looks great. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

You guys are great y'all helped my friend James Robbins and Melissa. Their roof looks amazing. James told me how easy it was working with Nick and Timothy. I have passed the word on to my coworkers .

Nick and Timothy came out after a pretty bad storm we had recently. They told me about the free roof inspection. Explained the process from start to finish in detail. Lucky for me I didn't have much damage, just a hail hit here and there. I know who to call next time the weather gets bad. Thanks nick, Tim and the whole best choice team.

We’ve had a great experience with BCR. Billy handled everything with insurance as far as calling and meeting with the insurance adjuster, etc. He was accommodating to us and our schedule (and having to wait on the insurance check). He was clear about the whole process and immediately would get back when I would have any questions. The crew showed up bright and early this morning and have worked all day. They are not only meticulous about the job but also about the clean up. Definitely would recommend.

From the moment Nick stepped out of his truck we knew we were in good hands with our roof! He provided us with a free inspection and started the ball rolling right away. He presented Best Choice Roofing to us with confidence and authority. There were no issues with our insurance company, everything was handled very professionally. Nick was eager to ensure that we were informed and pleased with our choices. His whole team in the Hattiesburg office worked to make this a very painless procedure. We looked at the samples, picked our color, the roofing crew showed up and voila'! We have a beautiful new roof! The roof was off and on all in one day! They cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell they had been in our yard. If you are looking for a roofing company, look no more, this is it! Zach and Tim were a pleasure to interact with. They were both knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to keep me informed and made the entire process as painless as it could be for myself and my family. I really appreciate when a company goes out of their way to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I would recommend anyone who needs a roof to ask for them specifically.

I RARELY post reviews, but felt compelled to share my experience with Best Choice Roofing and Joe Melton, specifically. This entire process was rather lengthy due to the small insurance company I chose to be insured by but Joe remained patient and in contact with me throughout the process. When it finally came time for the roof to be put on, his crew was prompt and neat. They completed the work in only one day and did an exceptional job. The level of detail was impressive and the cleanup job was the best I’ve ever seen at a “construction” site. I’ve already recommended this company to a coworker and will continue to in the future.
