First, River Oaks makes scheduling an appointment a breeze , with a clear process using their website, and/or calling the central office.
The complimentary roof inspection, by Patrick Wallace,
was handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
His inspection revealed not a roofing issue, rather a faulty vent pipe, which he documented with photos, Then he graciously shared those photos and advised it be replaced, and contact him again if I needed any further assistance.
So when I do need a new roof, or repairs, this is the team I will trust to handle the job.

I contacted River Oaks about replacing my 16-year-old roof in Hattiesburg, MS. They came out and inspected and let me know that my roof didn't need replacing, as I still have several good years left on my roof. But I did need a chimney cricket and several pipe boots replaced, to prevent water intrusion into two rooms. River Oaks did the job quickly and very affordably, and the workmanship is outstanding! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repair or replacement of their roof.

River Oaks Roofing is one of the most professional crews I’ve ever worked with. They have the job nailed down to a science, they’re very neat, which you’d never expect from a roofing crew; professional and even fixed a few extra things for me. They’re AWESOME to work with!! We had a small issue with a ~10 foot section of our roof that made the rain pour onto our porch (built poorly by previous contractor). No roofing company would take the time to fix it after a consultation because it wasn’t a big enough problem for them to make a large payout on —except for River Oaks. They answered our calls, responded promptly, showed up, and solved it. It impacted our porch (and everything on it) & our ability to use our outdoor space completely. We are really appreciative of their time and consideration to help small significant problems like ours. Extremely kind staff. Would highly recommend.

River Oaks Roofing went above and beyond! They themselves took the hassle of dealing with the insurance company on themselves to make things easier on me! My roof was completed super quickly, while they also took measures to protect my shrubbery and leave no mess around the house. River Oaks was such a pleasure to work with throughout every step of the way!

River Oaks is the one of the best roofing company I’ve worked with. They did the great job on my damaged roof, they helped me from beginning of the claim to the last payment from my insurance company. They are nice. They always answered my phone whenever I have questions. Beau, Jacob and other staff are very patient. I recommend them if your roof needs to be done. They are quick and professional.

Second time using River Oaks on a couple properties I manage. Beau was great at communicating with me through the whole process. Ulises (I apologize if I spelled it wrong) was also great at making sure everything was set and ready. Skip did a great job of managing his guys and getting the roof done in a timely manner.
