I schedule an appointment with a young lady on March 26, 2021 to come in on March 30, 2021 at 3pm to look a bathroom vanities she informed me that if I ordered anything it would take about 4 months to come which was fine. The issue is I called today to let them know I was on my way to the appointment and the young lady who answered the phone said she didn’t have me scheduled for today that I was scheduled for March 23 please tell me how can I make an appointment
on March 26, 2021 and be scheduled for March 23, 2021. I left work early for this appointment only to be told I would have to reschedule no apologies or anything. That’s poor customer service at an all time high.

Absolutely love my new cabinets and counter tops I ordered from them. They were up front and honest about the wait time which was around 4 weeks until they were able to start. As soon as I got the call they were ready in 2 weeks. Amanda was so helpful and patient with me when it came to picking out everything. The installation crew was professional and made sure everything was to my standards before they left. I would recommend them to anyone who asked!! Thanks so much guys for helping me transform my kitchen!
