I usually don’t like to leave reviews but the older i get, the more i look at them when making decisions on things. I highly recommend Butler Pool if you are wanting to put in a pool. They are very prompt, informative and easy to work with. Mr. Joe kept us informed on what the next step was on everything. The crew cleaned up after themselves each time they came. I think our project time was done in good timing as well even considering the weather we had. They are very knowledgeable on all things dealing with the project and answer all questions asked. Again, if you are thinking about a pool, Butler Pools were great. Also, they are not pushy and want you to add this and that. You have a set price on the project and he tells you exactly what it covers before you have to make a decision.

The pool turned out fantastic, communication from Butler Pools during this process was excellent. Joe and his team were very professional. If you are looking for a pool I would recommend letting them do the installation.

Butler pools installed a pool, steps from new porch to pool, front fence, and rock garden with stone steps. Looks great. The installation crews were really good, and the associated electrician and sod guy were also good. I would highly recommend Butler Pools. Communication was very good throughout the build. We are excited to use the pool once the weather warms up.

Professional and thorough! Butler pool and spa provided all the information we needed to make an informed first pool purchase. The installation was organized and neat. The 3 day process did not interrupt our day to day routine. They were clean and professional. Also, Josh, our pool teacher, was thorough in his explanation and teaching of how to clean the pool filters, on how to operate the pool and jacuzzi heater, and most importantly on pool water health. Butler just finished up our fiberglass pool, and it looks AMAZING! They did such an incredible job. Joe was great to work with, and Fred and his team were awesome. The process was seamless and fast! I HIGHLY recommend them!

In November of 2021 Butler Pools began a pool project in my neighbors yard by bringing in many loads of dirt to build up a pad for the pool. This drastically affected the drainage upon us and since then has caused a flow of muddy water onto our property when it rains. I have reached out to them several times regarding cleaning this off our property or taking steps to prevent it to no avail. The city of OB was involved and they were able to force additional measures but the mud continued to flow on us. As of today Butler refuses to take any responsibility for the damages caused by their work. I have no idea what type of work they may do but they have been callous with me and unconcerned about any damages they have caused on my property.
