Mr. Pat by far has the best customer service I have seen in quite some time, and I was in the customer service business for 24 years. If you are looking for an in ground pool, look no further, Splash Pools is the one and only company I recommend. He builds his pools one at a time so meticulous details are put in. There was a problem with the slide ladder when he received it, so instead of just putting it in, since we wouldn't have noticed it, he told us of the issue and corrected the problem. He is truly a honest business man!!!!! He and his wife are God send. Very kind hearted people. I can not wait until it warms up to enjoy it. Thank You Splash Pools.
Pat was the right pick for us. He was always there with us along the construction of our beautiful pool, and after. He’s committed and devoted to his customers. After 3 years of research and one pool contract that fell through (of course a local competitor) I met with Pat (Splash Pools) and hired him and his team. We are very pleased with the finished product and the reasonable cost of our pool. Thank you Pat and Team!

Splash pools is absolutely the best! Our pool installation was such a great experience. They delivered what we expected and more. Everyone on the job was was expert and professional. Their customer service after our installation is stellar! Any question, concerns or supplies needed is always handled quickly and efficiently. Pat and Trish are always so responsive and helpful.

Pat’s planning and attention to detail is outstanding. He is not happy until you are happy. Our experience from beginning to end has been great. We are very happy with our pool. We not only got a pool, we got a new friend!

Very unprofessional. I have encountered problems on numerous occasions when it comes to the opening and closing of my pool. They will confirm a service weeks in advance via text, but when I call closer to the date of service somehow I'm not on their schedule.... not to mention Trish hung up the phone in my face after patronizing their business for 3+ years! I wish I knew this before spending thousands of dollars with this company. Words can not explain how upset I am, but all she seemed to care about was her dog running away behind a FedEx delivery truck.

Pat was wonderful to work with. In a market such as building a pool; he made this experience so painless and his business model was THE reason I chose Splash Pools. When I tell you on Tuesday morning my back yard was flat and the following Friday (11 Days) the pool was COMPLETE with only final grade to be done (which was done the next morning) - I tell you that’s why his business model works. I had many friends and family take 8-10 weeks to build the same pool.
I couldn’t be more happy. Pat was responsive every time I had a question and kept his word every step a long the way. If you’re in the market to build a vinyl pool - You will not be dissapointed if you choose Pat and Trish @ Splash.

Pat and Trish installed my pool years ago. Very knowledgeable and the best customer service around. They will bend over backwards to help in any way they can. I would never use anyone else. Truly honest and kind hearted people.

Horrible customer service. Made my appointment 2 months in advance to make sure we had plenty of time to clean and treat the pool before Mother's Day. Was told they lost my appointment and the woman had the nerve to tell me I shouldn't be upset because there's nothing she can do. Gave me a phone number for another guy, which of course never called us back. When i called to tell the woman she didn't want to hear it. When I explained to her she was losing a customer she acted like she didn't care and was to busy. So we went to a lil Maw and Pop store down the street with a 5 star rating and they opened our pool in 3 days plus took the time to show us how to work our pump. The way you should take care of your customers. I would NEVER recommend Splash Pools to anyone. I'm sticking with the company that has time for their customers. A one star rating is too much.
