Terrence Harvey is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about pest control. The entire company has superseded my expectations. I actually reached out to them from sitting at a friend’s house and realizing that it had been hours outside and I had not had one mosquito bite. I met Terrence at my job and his enthusiasm about the company and personally knowing his customers was amazing. Thank you Redd’s Pest control and thank you Terrence for being such a great ambassador!
Charles Henderson performed my pest control service today (inside & outside). This was the first time that he did my service. Charles did a thorough job inside and outside, and his attitude was one of can do and wanting to please. If more people had his attitude for performing his job and pleasing the client it would be a wonderful world! If I could give him more stars I wouldn't hesitate to do that. Looking forward to the next time he comes to perform his service at my house!

We called them with some issues that we were having and Charles came in and went above and beyond to take care of our needs. He has always been courteous and respectful. Highly recommend this company.

Was looking for an affordable service that encompassed our needs for our pest problems — and I didn’t have to look any further than Redd Pest Solutions! I called a few other places in the area before calling the Redd man and was not met with the same level of customer service, quality of service in terms of their procedures or affordability. Our technician, Garrett, was very thorough, attentive to what was needed, timely and friendly. Great service all around!

Charles did an excellent job now that he knows where 104 Stonebridge Cove is! He was thorough and went above and beyond to spray for my normal pests plus the carpenter bees. He also checked the bait stations outside and replace sticky pads in the attic! Job Well Done!

We have recently begun service with Redd Pest Solutions, and they have exceeded our expectations. The other company would schedule and not show up. Mr. Henderson is not only kind and professional, he is also very thorough and prompt. He is always here ahead of time ready to provide the exceptional service Redd provides. I am so grateful for this company and our service technician.

Such an amazing pest company. After finding a spider inside one of my children’s rooms, killing it, but her babies then scattered everywhere I was in a frenzy and called several pest companies and Redd was the only one who squeezed me into schedule to assure I felt safe. They sent someone out the following morning and took care of me. I then started a service with them and have been a satisfied customer ever since. Everyone is so polite, professional, and courteous. Thank you all.
