Paul did an excellent job, as usual. However, the charge for installation of a new thermostat was 3 1/2 times larger than his installation of an identical thermostat in January 2024. Thus I am not positively impressed.

Paul did a fine job, he did what he could do, but he's not a plumber. I have a water leak. It cost me $100 for him to tell me that I need a plumber. I wouldn't have called you in the first place, except all of your trucks advertise plumbing. Thanks for nothing.

I have been using Environment Masters since 2020 and it’s hard to think of a matter they haven’t treated me well on. Most recent unit check up by Mason C was much appreciated; he did a great job with explaining things to me and hearing all my questions. Would recommend this business highly!

Daniel did a fantastic job on installing HVAC Surge Protectors on my my unit. He installed one outside on unit and one in my attic. I am so relieved with all the electrical storms. He was prompt, answered all my question and top notch a professional! I will certainly use Daniel and Environment Masters again!

They were going to charge me $7000 for a replacement evaporator coil for a Goodman. Whittington Air charged me $2400 for. The ratings for this company are incredibly high that I suspect and it's just my opinion that they use bots for their review system. Replacement systems are also more expensive than usual. Also kinda brazen they called me after I left this bad review. They know what's up.

I recently started doing commercial business with EMI. I had the pleasure of working with Joey Greer, a great plumber with EMI. He went on site and quickly found the issue we were having. He promptly called to provide the update and proposal to correct it. He appreciated doing business with my company and even offered a first time customer discount to show that appreciation. This is how it should be done, to earn your customers business and show them you appreciate then when they make that choice. Thank you for being an amazing technician for your company Joey!
