JACK, is my absolute favorite plumber. I didn’t like him at first when one of my pipes under the toilet in my master bathroom cracked during a cold spell this past winter. And he said that he had to jackhammer my tile floor and fix the pipe, but my bathroom is better now than before. So I requested him again for a problem with my garage disposal. And he fixed it with no problem. Thank you for great service. BTW This is the only plumbing service I have used since owning my home. And they have helped me with several issues.

Anyone using this Company needs to have their heads examined, and they should make sure that the Company’s Main Headquarter isn’t located in the State of Mississippi…I called Roto-Rooter in 2020, to get a price quote on replacing the Shower Stem in the Bathroom, when the water failed to come out of the Shower Head. So, I called them, to get a price quote, and they came out for free, but, what happened next left Me speechless. The Plumber asked Me to sign a Work Order that didn’t have a price on the Paperwork, even though, I wasn’t going to use their services. Well, long story short, I ended up calling their Main Headquarter, and I reported to them what the Plumber was trying to do, and they got it straightened out, for Me.

Paid over a thousand dollars for a slow shower drain and leak under kitchen sink. Technician removed both toilets to fix a slow shower drain ??‍♀️. Did not replace the toilet in main bathroom correctly now it wobbles. Kitchen sink still leaks and drain is still slow.

I started dealing with this company on a Monday for a busted pipe. Everything at first went well. The plumber came out and said a water clean up crew was needed and they could cone out the same day to start. I agreed and they ended up coming mid day that Tuesday. A few guys showed up, walked around and left without saying anything. I called the office Tuesday night asking for an update and was told the cleanup crew would be setting up Wednesday for the plumber to come out. I again agreed and waited until mid day Wednesday. Some guys came started setting up. I waited all day after that because one of the guys that was on scene advised me the plumber was on the way. Never showed up. I called the office again Wednesday night and they apologized for the lack of communication and said a plumber would be there between 1 and 3 Thursday. Thursday comes and some guy shows up very unprofessional. He just comes in and says I need to go to your laundry room. I ask him who is he and what is he doing. He says hold on then walks away. So now not only am I annoyed but now I'm suspicious because why can't you tell m e what you're about to do. Finally ge says he's setting up a tarp for the plumber to come later. This was around noon. I ask when the plumber is coming and he says he should be on the way. A little while afterwards I notice it's almost 3 and still no plumber or phonecall. I call the office AGAIN and they tell me, after several days of dealing with them, they don't have me on schedule. I told them I was told several times by several people I was supposed to be scheduled to have my repairs done. After being hung up on 2 times I FINALLY get an apology and told a plumber was on the way. When the plumber arrived he looked at the broken pipe and gave me several reasons why he couldn't fix it right away but reluctantly agreed to fix it. After 2 hours of repairs and $1200 later my pipes are STILL leaking and the plumber was long gone. He used my water pump to continuously suck up water from the still leaking pipes. I will never use this company for anything ever again. UPDATE Mike and Shawn came back out saw the root issues and offered to fix everything for me. I'm very satisfied with the work they did and commend them for following through with the repairs for me.

When my sewage line backed up and I called Roto Rooter in a panic Linberg was dispatched to me within 45 minutes! He was completely professional and possessed a very calming confidence that let me know he could take care of the issue. He worked diligently to assess the problem discovering the drought was the cause. He found a cracked pipe which needed to be replaced. The next day he and Cowboy Matt arrived with a little tractor, dug a hole and repaired it. They worked until 7pm to make sure the piece was properly fitted. On the final day day Linberg arrived completed the job and cleaned up. I'll call Roto Rooter for all of my plumbing needs! Thank you!

I had an old water heater start leaking. I got a new one which was defective NOT from roto rooter which almost immediately started pouring (lucky me) Roto Rooters workers from the ones on the phone to the insurance specialist to the installers to the disaster specialist saw to everything and guided me through my plumbing disaster. Thank you Jack, Orlando, Gant, Florintine, Mike and the ones who I didn't catch your names. I hope not soon, but I'd definitely call again and recomend.

Definitely a good choice! Tyler went above and beyond to ensure everything was functioning after install. I call them back out twice and they were able to address my concerns promptly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Customer service rep was friendly and prioritized my request. Definitely will be using on future projects! Thanks everyone! ??
