Needed roofing due to severe storm. Watkins was first company contacted because of their positive reputation. Everyone that I spoke with at Watkins was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. I am well pleased with the work Watkins did at my home and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Marc, Stephanie, Ron, Jessie, and the entire site crew were great. This was my second time having services provided by Watkins and I was pleased with the work in both instances. The work was well done, reasonably priced, and done in a timely manner. Working with their staff/representatives was also a pleasant experience. They thoroughly explained what was needed and worked with me to accommodate my schedule.

Watkins did a great job. Very professional, kind, and quick. They had the job done within a day. I would highly recommend them to anyone else. If I have to get my roof ever done again they’ll be my first call.

Folks at Watkins construction are amazing! Watkins was with us from the insurance adjuster inspection to putting a brand new roof, answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. Special shoutout to Mr. Johnny Casatta, Mr. Jesse and the roofing crew for making it easy and pleasant experience for us!. Highly recommend them!

Jeremy got the ball rolling, he was very knowledgeable and was patient with questions that probably seemed silly to him. Then Chad also was great, he probably never meets a stranger! He made sure we were happy with the end results. Also they both made sure of the quality of materials. The workers were very hard working and polite. Theresa was great. She took care of a couple of questions I had and was very polite also. Great group of people!

Professional is the best description for the whole process from beginning to end. Jeff Thomas did a great job on the front end coming out to thoroughly assess our needs, provide the estimate and get the job scheduled for us. Everything was explained clearly and in detail on the front end. Daniel Davis did a great job overseeing the actual project, addressing and handling any concerns that came up immediately and keeping us updated with pictures as the project progressed. The whole team had an amazing professional work ethic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a new roof or a re-roof!

Watkins did an incredible job removing and replacing an entire roof in a day, and remodeling a patio the next. They worked with us every step of the way, including insurance, and gave us access to the library of the job site images. Highly recommended.

A true pleasure doing business with Watkins Roofing. They treated me as though their sole reason for being at work that day was to take care of replacing my roof and the damaged siding on my house. They kept me fully informed every step of the way, did excellent work and cleaned every bit of debris when they finished the job. I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed Jeff and Connor making sure everything was explained, arranged and job completed timely and with perfection. I am a Watkins customer for life!

The entire process of getting our roof replaced was absolutely seamless!! The customer service was so incredible! The consistent updates and clear communication were very appreciated - no surprises whatsoever. The crew replaced the roof quickly and efficiently - they finished in one day! Also, the cleanup was impressive - not a speck of any material or trash was left behind. We will definitely recommend Watkins Construction & Roofing to all our friends and family and will definitely be using them in the future for any construction needs. Thank you!!
