If it were possible to leave negative stars, I would. Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with during my professional career. Our organization was promised that our project would be done by a certain date. Initially there were no weather days... they simply forgot...I had to call and reschedule because no one at the sign company bothered to call me. I had other contractors waiting for the sign company's work to be completed. The job was rescheduled for a Tuesday, and it rained. Then, I had to call the sign company, not the other way around as it should be, and was told it would be Friday before they could get to it. Obviously, putting other orders ahead of mine after I clearly articulated we had sub-contractors waiting. Their response was basically "oh well". The individual I talked with was Steve... completely unprofessional, rude, unresponsive to a customer's needs, and did not offer any remedy for his company's miserable failures and the issues they caused my organization. ow he is in a position of authority is beyond belief to me. We all have choices, if you need sign work, I would use any company other than Budget Signs.

We ordered a sign from budget signs on 9-5-23 and were quoted $4200 with installation to be completed in 6-8weeks. We paid $4000 upfront and were told to wait on the remainder to see what permit costs would be. After several phone calls and getting multiple excuses, management called me on 12-22-23 and told me they had messed up the sign and admitted they understood this was costing my business time and promotion. The sign was installed on 1-2-24, I received an invoice for $184 two days after installation…I was quoted 4200 for a sign AND installation in 6-8 weeks, they were 8 weeks beyond that. A reputable business that values its customers would have washed out the $184 which is less than a 4% discount for the issues they caused. I will be paying the $184…..in 6-8 weeks!!

They have done several signs for us ( from lighted channel letters to wall decals) and I've never had any issues (which is rare because I'm picky)! I've been very impressed at how they've tacked every challenge and creative idea I've thrown at them. No matter what sign or wall graphic I'm working on, this is my goto place for it all!

We needed some banners made to honor a fallen soldier in our community. Budget Signs quickly responded and got them completed and ready in the very short amount of lead time that we had given them. I would strongly recommend using them for all your printing and signage needs.
