Have had a really good experience with both window and door replacement. Sarah Bowers helped us figure out what we needed based on sun/rain exposure and also our lifestyle requirements. Our windows were stock; we had our front door custom-made. She helped us consider wood choices and gave us the name of an excellent installer.
This is the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with. Doors were not installed correctly and there was an issue with payments. I met with the lady that deals with payments twice to resolve the issue and was spoken to in a very rude and condescending manner! This place is very unprofessional. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Don’t use their windows they promise the moon & then will not return your calls. Would have given 0 stars but that’s not an option

Good: They are good at physically putting the door or window in place.
Bad: They will leave nails and splinters on the ground even in windows placed in your childs playroom, they will not coordinate with a painter for you - you need to be physically present to ensure they are painted before it rains. They will not install hardware on the doors - they will also not tell you so there will just be a hole where the lock should go and youre on your own to figure out what part goes there and coordinate installation. I have a nice home and a full time job with no background in construction - this is not the company I should have picked.

Scott is always super helpful. They have pulled me out of a jamb several times now. They do their best to help you find the right windows and doors, even parts for older units.

Bowers Windows and Doors are amazing! I had an amazing experience with them, and everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and professional. If you don't work with these guys you're doing yourself a huge disservice!
