As I sit here typing this, it is raining. You know what though? For the first time in forever, I’m not stressed about it. My ceiling will not soak up another drop of water. Cox Roofing has made my life so much better. The quality of my roof is top notch. The work crew was super nice and had my roof up in one day and left behind zero mess; however, my trailer is not very big. Let’s not forget about how beautiful it is though! I had a tough time selecting a color/shade of shingles. I’ve never drove up and smiled at a roof before until now. You will not be disappointed with Cox Roofing. I 100% guarantee you that they are professional and good at what they do. When you speak to the office ladies, it’s like chatting with your best friend. They are so friendly and down to earth. I needed my roof along with some water damaged decking and wood trim replaced. I submitted an online contact form through the website and was contacted by Jonathan the same day. We arranged a day for an estimate to be written. The appointment was met and the estimate was surprisingly lower than previous estimates. Almost to the point that I was wary. However, talking with Jonathan just gave me the feeling he was an honest, trustworthy guy who knew his trade. I decided to employ his services and once I returned a signed agreement I was given a lead time of 2-3 weeks. At 2 weeks and 2 days I received a call stating work would commence the next day. On the day the work was to start, about a 1/4 mile from my house, one of the company trucks was rear-ended by an 18- wheeler, totaling the dump trailer used for debris collection. Thankfully no one was injured. At this point, had it been me, I would have probably rescheduled for another day but Jonathan made a few calls, located another trailer, made a trip of Lord only knows how many miles to obtain said trailer, and still got started on my roof before lunch. This setback caused the job to run over until the next morning, which was probably more of a problem for him than me, but goes to show his work ethic and intensity to complete a job once started. The roof looks great. This is the third roof I've had installed on the house since I've lived here. Bear in mind, I'm not a roofer and don't claim to be but I know quality work when I see it and this is the best work I've ever paid for. IMO you can't go wrong with Jonathan and Cox Roofing.
