VERY VERY VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE, The techs was very friendly and professional (there was ALOT of repairing and hualing of OLD equipment) and they did over and beyond work ON THE “4th of July” and they gave a 42 Year Old House and My 75 Year Old Grandmother Air in a home that has not had air in over 10 years.. I give Ralph & “AirSouth Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical“ An overall A+++++ (After the first Very Disappointing Technician Experience I had with Tyler) I GREATLY RECOMMEND RALPH AND THE FELLOW TECHNICIAN FOR A VERY MUCH NEED RAISE IN PAY…………THEY Deserve it very much
Due to technical issues with the new air conditioner installed by Southern Company, the air conditioner has not been properly repaired for two years. This caused the roof of the attic to leak, and there was another instance of repeated leaking last week. Southern Company sent out different repair personnel 15 times, but the issue remains unresolved. Last week, the air conditioner leaked again, and I have a five-month-old baby, so we had to stay in a hotel. This is the second consecutive year we've had to stay in a hotel because of the air conditioner. This has caused us a very painful and expensive experience due to Southern Company. I question the authenticity of their good reviews. I have no idea how this overrated amateur company has a 4.9 rating. We called them when our ac broke at 12:00. They never came. Our house is a burning hell and they did not come. The next day we called and it turns out they never scheduled to come to our house. Then after that they didn’t even pick up our calls. Frick this company.

I’m very mad and disappointed at Airsouth. Spend over 10,000 for a brand new AC unit. But this water leaking problem has been never solved. AC stopped working while outside was 97 degrees, my house was 86 degrees. We were out of AC for a day and half until Logan M from Airsouth came out and fixed it but couldn’t figured out where the water was leaking. So we had to spend our night at a hotel because this is way too hot without AC here at Mississippi.
Last year we had a whole week without AC, so we stayed at a hotel too during summer. Because they couldn’t figure out why the water leaking and then damaged my ceiling.
Last year, the guy Mason C came out and finally find the issue was when they did installation they didn’t level the AC unit so the water waste pipe didn’t even match where the AC unit waste water outgoing hole is. So all the water sitting in the pan under the unit then when it’s too much it leaked through our ceiling.
This time there is a water leaking from the unit. The thing is I’m no longer have patience with them. I’m a single mom who is working and raising a 11 years old son. I’ve spend a lot of money for a brand new AC unit and went through all this troubles. I thought last year they really did fix it for good but right now this problem happening again. Today will be total 13 times from last year Airsouth has came out to my house for the same problem over and over again. If you were me how you will feel about this?

Shemar was very professional while working on our unit. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. He made sure that our new unit worked properly before leaving and answered all the questions that we had. The customer service is GREAT & I would highly recommend AirSouth for all of your HVAC needs.

They did a lot of damage to my home! Upstairs unit leaked through the ceiling.
They had to reinstall the unit over 4 times. Very disappointing. They also sold me a unit with a dent in it.
On May 28th 2024 at 1:00am I had my 3rd leak from the unit Airsouth installed. Thousands of dollars in damage.
Consumers beware. The techs are not qualified to perform these duties. Consumers please read through other consumer reviews and you will see at least one person like me at least every 1-2 months.

Kelvin Couch was very patient and knowledgeable about his job. I was a little skeptical at first but he reassured me of everything. I love that he let me know what was going on step by step and allowed me voice my concerns. So far so good with my new unit. If you're looking to get HVAC work done from Air South, ask for Kelvin. He was Amazing!!!! Kelvin is pictured below!!!! He had curls but cut them off...

AirSouth is a really great company. I give them an A+ for customer service, an A+ for professionalism, and an A+ for superior work. All of their employees went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They installed a tankless hot water heater and a backup generator for me at a fair price and made me comfortable throughout every step of the project. I like them so much I intend on using them my HVAC and generator maintenance from now on, too. I highly recommend them to anyone.
