They were friendly, welcoming, and very quick and good with my services. They also brought to my attention that I didn't have to pay for my service because my insurance paid for it, and I was not aware of it. I highly recommend this place for you services
THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE. I recently visited Advance Auto Glass by Joey with my one-year-old toddler, and I am extremely disappointed with the treatment we received. After driving two hours to get there, the owner, Joey, informed me that the service would take four hours and insisted that I find a ride because he could not accommodate us with my child present. He outright told us we had to leave, which felt incredibly discriminatory. His lack of consideration and understanding towards a mother with a young child is appalling. I strongly advise against using this business if you expect any level of basic human decency and customer service.

Back glass on truck got shattered on Saturday the weekend of Memorial Day. Called and left message for someone to return my call on Tuesday. Got a return call about lunch time on Tuesday regarding the glass. Joey and his crew were able to get a new glass in and installed by 8 o’clock Wednesday morning. Saved my wife and I a lot of time, money, and hassle choosing Advanced Auto Glass by Joey. Would highly recommend Joey and his team.

Called the day before and said bo appointment was needed for chip repair. Arrived early the next morning and Joey was very polite and was admiring my vehicle. The repair was quick, looked great, and was inexpensive. If you are in the area and need auto glass don't hesitate to call them before anyone else.

I'm beyond mad with this place right now. I had them install a new windshield because State Farm recommended them. I had to drive all the way back up there to have them fix where the seal had came up the when we saw after picking it up. So, it's been sitting in my driveway since after taking it up there the 2nd time. Now, I'm putting it up for sale and as I went to wash it... I SEEN THIS!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I don't live in Meridian! I'm now going to have to drive all the way back to meridian to have them fix thus a 3rd time because I don't want to mess with it. I can't believe this place is calling themselves professionals
