One of the best in the area. After a TVA energy evaluation this company was one of the few they recommended. Not one to follow government recommendations, however I’m very glad I did. This company strives to please the customer and have the right unit for the job required. Thus far we’ve been very pleased with their service and installs. Customer service can’t be beat. The owner strives to stay on the cutting edge of technology to be able to share with his customers and improve cost effectiveness. After having this unit for over a year it is quite and very efficient. Update 7/4/2024 Been in upper 90’s past few weeks and this unit is remarkable, we keep the thermostat at 75 and this unit does the job quite well. Never hear the unit nor fan running loudly. Very happy.

Please do not ever use this company for your services. This company was sent to my residence under my home warranty contract. They went into my attic to service my ac. They broke a water line which destroyed my ceiling and they never attempted to make any repairs. We had to make the repairs ourselves and paid for the materials out of pocket. Then they tried to jipp us out of over half of the amount it cost to do the repairs. Save yourself the hassle and hire a competent and dependable company to service your equipment. You never know what will happen and you want to make sure that the unexpected will be taken care of adequately and reasonably. All in all, we were taken for $1900. Lesson learned.
