Almost immediate response in our time of need! Were having a family get together at my house and our AC went out. Heard about them from a friend and called them right away. Mr. Shane McNeely showed up within the hour and was so professional and informative on everything he was doing. I Would highly recommend anyone to go use them with any issues they are having; he’s friendly, funny, and not trying to give you outrageous prices to help fix any issues.

Quick, courteous and professional service. Showed up early for the appointment and switched out our mini split in 3 hours. No upsell- they seem to want to do the customer right. Will definitely use again

Hey everybody, just wanted to share something with you. Just over 2 weeks ago, this weird storm whipped up out of nowhere and came through Biloxi and caught my electrical components ( meter , wiring , mast etc.) on the side of my house on fire. Needless to say it was kind of scary and needless to say , we had a big mess and no power. My wife and I also have our 4 grandkids living with us and we didn't know what we were going to do or how we were going to afford getting it fixed. Well what I can only describe as a blessing and a miracle happened. I got on the phone and called a guy named Shane McNeely who has a company called Airology. He was out the same day and I can't even express how grateful I am for him. He was professional, knowledgeable, competent and the thing that really hits me in the heart- he was more concerned about my family than anything. He told me to call anybody else that I might have talked to and tell them we had our man. He was out the next day , pulled the permit, fixed the problem and it was inspected and we had power the next morning and we worked out any details or concerns about the Financials etc. Like I said , he was more concerned about my family than anything else. I am still kind of stunned about how it all happened and decent and competent Shane was. I say this sincerely and with all my heart - If you are in need of electrical work or heating or AC , I promise you - you cannot go wrong with Shane McNeely from Airology. Thank you again Shane , it was a blessing to meet you!

Airology is a professional company, quick to respond to your needs, and has been great to work with. I’ve used them a couple of times so far, and have found them to be the best and most reliable HVAC company in the area.

Nate and Taylor did a wonderful job putting in our mini split unit. They were very professional and walked us through the procedure. We tried several other ac companies and all let us down or just refused to do the install. We highly recommend Airology for your ac needs!

Our system went out on Wednesday. I called on a Thursday and 45 minutes later, Shane shows up. 630 on a Sunday morning the guys show up to remove and replace unit. They were done by 1! Great honest guys and they did really good work despite the 115 degree heat! I would give 6 stars if I could!! Thanks again guys! My kids sure do appreciate it
