I would definitely recommend Roy’s plumbing Services for any of your plumbing related needs . Patrick Roy just finished replacing an old waterless hot water heater for us and really got us out of a bind in record time . Previously he’d installed a faucet that was leaking in our kitchen . While doing so he noticed our cold and hot water lines were reversed going to the dishwasher and corrected that . No other plumber had noticed . He gets a triple AAA + in our book ! David H

I would definitely recommend! We were having some trouble with our tankless water heater; Patrick came same day and was great. He explained everything in an easy to understand way and answered all my additional questions. We will be using Roy's for any future plumbing needs!

THE BEST! In Jan I had a pipe that burst during the ice storm & consequently no water. He replaced the line within 36 hrs which was a miracle as roads were still iced. Patrick checked all water lines as the pressure wasn't strong, the hot water took forever to flow & the water tasted of metals. In addition to moving the washing machine off the North wall, he has now replaced all water lines & there is an unbelievable difference! It's been a joy to turn on the faucets & HOT water just gushes! The water has never tasted so good. My morning routine before was get up, turn on the lavatory faucet, shower & kitchen faucet & wait 5" or more to get warm water, then turn off the 2 not needed. Yesterday morning I got hot water on demand! Sweet! Can't thank y'all enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I don’t have to tell you that it is hard to find someone who is professional and willing to help. Patrick came on a Sunday even though his schedule was full. He installed a toilet that other people said would be hard. He made short work of it and did a super job. There is no other plumber for me. I can’t say enough good things about his services. Highly recommend!

Patrick did a great job clearing our water drain in our laundry room. I called with a water leak issue and he was at my home in an hour and resolved the problem quickly. He was courteous and got the job done quickly! I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing help.

I am exceptionally pleased with Roy and his skill set. I had a really unusual project as I was asking to tie in an older well to get me off of city water. There was a well here and the previous owners wanted city, but our city water is like Holly Springs Utilities; there is much to be desired. Roy was able to "dig" into the problem and had me buttoned up way before I thought it would be. He was not late, above average professionalism, communicated appropriately and the price was reasonable. Keep in mind, it's July 31st in Mississippi, so the temp is about 100° and the dew point is about 99.9%, so the heat index was about 165° give or take. He never slowed down. He never said a word about the heat. Roy's reviews are what inclined me to reach out to him as I'm relatively new to this area and I must say, these reviewers are right. I will definitely request his services for all future plumbing needs. There was only one Karen reviewer that does not understand the concept of paying your bills for services rendered. Contractors, mechanics, farmers, et cetera all preform a duty that requires payment. You don't go to the grocery store and tell the clerk to hold your check for 30 days. What does his experience have to do with you not paying your bill? His experience was not the issue. It was Karen spewing her ignorant venom trying to hurt others because reality packed its bags, left her and now she has bills so she gaslights the entire world to shift blame from herself. For my project in particular, I knew it was exploratory. There was no telling what we might find. It was jacked up, but now fixed up. Roy's plumbing? 5 stars. Good team. Job well done.
