Had a new garage door installed in 2017. Soon after we started having problems. To their credit they came out to make adjustments on three separate occasions. After finally giving up on Southern Doors called another contractor. They said the opener was 9 years old when it was installed. Old equipment. No wonder I had so many problems. I would never recommend them. That’s why I guess they wouldn’t return my calls.
