Ruth and Tom Oliver are very nice people and made my purchase of a new Kohler generator easy. Two weeks from purchase to the new generator up and running. Very knowledge employees too. HIGHLY recommend !!

Disappointing. Technician was called, said replaced battery but control board was not able to be repaired and was obsolete but would try to find one. The next day got a call that the board could not be found and was interested in beginning process of ordering new generator. The generator in my home runs on gas and runs entire house, so was ready to spend 20,000 something to purchase another. In meantime got a second opinion and was told generator worked. What folllwed was complete confusion, technician called and wanted to discuss purchase, I explained my second opinion, he then changed and said he was coming out to check , told him not nexessary. I received a bill for 267.50, 225.00 for battery and 225.00 for service call. I spoke with with the owner today and it seems it was more confusing with all the different stories. The owner said he would take 75 dollars off service call, by this time I was so distressed I told him I would pay it but did not believe I was responsible since I almost spent money on a new generator because of technicians error. Customers of this company told me to call the owner, which I did, nice man but totally did not understand the confusion. I never have left a review but for this mistake, I have decided to. I am sending them $200.63 dollars ( 225) for battery which I agree to pay and remainder for a faulty work order.

They are a tad unorganized however I do believe the business got super busy very quickly. Always friendly during every interaction. Very pleased.

These guys installed a whole-home generator a couple years ago for me and have been servicing it ever since. They have always been responsive and professional Had a little snag with scheduling service last week, but Tom (owner) sent a crew to my house today immediately after finding out about it. They fixed the problem, and my generator was up and running perfectly.
