I worked with Ken during my inspection and he did a wonderful job! The underwriter needed more detailed information from him a couple weeks after his initial inspection and he provided the documentation ASAP so i could close on time! 10 out of 10 would recommend coastal home inspections and especially Ken !

I was very very pleased with this service! We were in a time crunch to get an inspection done and Coastal was able to pencil us in their schedule just in time. Mr. Ken was very timely and professional; I felt very comfortable that we were getting a thoughrough inspection as soon as I met him. He allowed us to attend the inspection and ask questions without feeling rushed, and gave great advice on our home maintenance questions. His fees are more than reasonable, and our report was well detailed and accurate. I would definitely recommend, and we sincerely appreciate Mr. Ken for his assistance and professionalism.

I would not recommend this company. Inspector Ken Lefebvre, Jr. inspected my parents home they purchased in Diamondhead. It rained that day so he did not physically go on top of the roof he looked at it through binoculars. Please do not let them do this. It is a rip off. We have several spots that are damaged on the roof that should have been repaired or replaced by the sellers. Now my parents are out this money. Just beware before you accept the report from them.

Very nice, and got my home inspection done in a timely manner. I recieved my detailed report the same day. I would recommend or use him as my home inspector in the future should I need his services again.

Ken was great! I chose him based on his online reviews and I was not disappointed. He was professional and did a great job on our inspection. I was very happy with the turnaround of the report too! Had a recent inspection done on a house, which will be my first home. Ken was very detailed, and covered everything I needed to know about the house, and put me at ease. Even gave me ideas on how to fix things on my own. Safety of the home was top of mind. He got the report back in a VERY timely manner, and did a follow up with me the next day. Highly recommended, and I will use Coastal for any future inspections.

Coastal Home Inspections was given as a possibility for a condo inspection by our realtor. I called and Ken LeFebvre was the ultimate professional. After submitting to us his contract detailing what would and would not be included in our inspection as well as the cost, he coordinated with our realtor to do the inspection. Once completed, he sent us a thorough evaluation of his findings including pictures (since we are out of state). He also completed a re-inspection once repairs were undertaken to insure they were correct. He is an excellent communicator and made the process easy and transparent. Would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing property.
