I highly recommend these folks—friendly and accommodating on the phone. I had to cancel and reschedule several times but they were as nice as could be every time. Serviceman came today, as scheduled and worked until he got my oven working again! Wore his mask without me asking—very important in this crazy time. Will definitely call BEST in the future!
You may think this is a paid endorsement - IT IS NOT- My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Best Appliance in office staff(Ashley) and Sonny(repairman) for over 15 years - Sonny as well as the rest of the field technicians are the best I have seen in our local area- Ashley is fantastic with regard to scheduling /following up, etc and her people skills are second to none. Our ice machine recently went out and before we purchase, I contacted Ashley to see which brands they could install as well as service during a warranty period - With Best Appliance, what you get is courtesy, professionalism, fair pricing, honest assessment for the best course of action and most importantly, THEY ALWAYS RETURN PHONE CALLS AND KEEP YOU UPDATED AND FOLLOW THROUGH!!! As long as they are in business, I will never let another repair business in my house!!

Was told the part for my bosch dishwasher was over $500??? Why would I put that much money in a 17 yr old dishwasher? Technician was there maybe 20 minutes or 30 at the most. Service fee was over $100. Part on Amazon was only a little over $100. Crazy!

The technician was very rude. The charge to repair our Viking wine storage unit was high, but would have been acceptable if the unit had been successfully repaired, which unfortunately it was not.

I called and set up an appointment to have the liner in my washing machine replaced and was told it would be 10 days until they could get there. Since I couldn’t get off work for the morning appointment time, I arranged to have a relative be there. When I called I informed the receptionist EXACTLY what was wrong with it, including the brand so they would be prepared when they came so I wouldn’t have to wait even longer and arrange for someone to be there again. The repairman’s first question upon arrival was “what’s wrong with it”? , only to be informed that he wasn’t prepared to fix it and he would call later with an estimate and future appointment. Frustrated with this, I went with someone else but was charged $128 for the 5 minute “service” call. Definitely not a company I would recommend under any circumstances.

I have a bunch of appliances that started to mess up and act funny before the holidays and we all know how important it is to have your appliances working for holiday dinners. So i gave Best Appliance a call and spoke to the secretary whom was very sweet and was willing to help me in my time of need. Best Appliance sent some of their best people to fix my appliances and now they are working like brand new again. I have to give them 5 stars for their amazing customer service and excellent work ethics. I will most certainly give them a call if a have any other appliance problems. Overall amazing place to do business with.

Best Appliance worked on my Viking refrigerator and did a great job. Showed up on time and was very professional and got the job done. Would definitely hire again in the future.

I had Best Appliance Service out to my home to work on my Scotsman ice machine. They were prompt and thorough with the repairs. I will recommend this company to others and will definitely use them for future repairs.

Would not recommend. The receptionist is polite and easy to work with and helpful with scheduling. The first tech who came to our house (to diagnose that Viking range needed a new thermostat) was knowledgeable and pleasant. The tech who came to install the thermostat (who I was later told was the service manager) was not knowledgeable. Read the instruction manual for 30 minutes (for which I had to pay); recommended we not replace the seal on the refrigerator because it was a pain and we should just live with it; and first said he did not bring all his tools to install the garbage disposal. We paid the bill, even though we didn't agree with it. When I called the company to discuss the next morning, the bookkeeper advised me she had already spoken with the tech; he stated he did not spend 30 minutes reading the manual he only studied the thermostat instructions. A 30 minute adjustment to my bill would have made me happy and a repeat customer. Instead, she was aggressive from the time I answered the phone and told me she didn't understand where my anger was coming from.
If the guy who came to our house is the service manager, someone should train him in customer service, and the bookkeeper should be trained to diffuse a situation with an unhappy customer rather than arguing about it and calling the customer a liar.
