Their office staff were extremely helpful is assisting me with selecting the right colors and materials. Shelton and his crew were very quick to come out to measure and template the countertops and were even out the next day to install.

Terrible customer service. I ask alot of questions- when your making an investment in your home you want to know what your getting. I came here because I support anything & everything that is local(Brandon first/Mississippi second). Front office girl- was put out with me. From when I entered to when I had to call her (2 days) later to get a quote. No problem. I ordered my granite from a competitor that didn't mind taking the time I needed to satisfy my questions and actually enjoyed teaching me somethings JTM Stone & Tile/Flowood-they've been in the business for a while they know a thing or 2 and don't mind sharing what they know.
