My insurance company assigned cozy solutions to fix a leaking toilet. The cause of the leak was missed diagnosed and cozy solutions charge me $150 to caulk the base of the toilet. They also said my flush valve needed to be replaced and replaced it. Not only did the toilet continue to leak but began to continuously run creating an additional issue. My water bill skyrocketed this month as a result. The worst part was when I called and left a message regarding the problem I did not get a response back. My insurance company did not get a readied response either. Out of the blue I received a message that they were coming to fix the toilet Again. Finally this technician diagnosed and fix the issue correctly. Unfortunately time and money have already been wasted.
