Kenny has been servicing my home unit for a couple of years now. Kenny and his team are professionals in every way, very knowledgeable and efficient. And the most important thing to me, they provide quality service and are honest. On the Saturday of memorial day weekend my air went out. From the time I called Kenny to the time it was repaired was 6 hours, yesterday I had to call them again, after hours. Tyler was here 1st thing this morning, total repair time from when I called, 16 hours. It's very refreshing to find a company that wants to provide honest, affordable, and dependable services. I will not use anyone else.

My wife and I came to Petal Saturday to visit my Mother in Law. We arrived about 1pm to find the AC running but indoor temp at 84 degrees. Our call at 10pm that evening, to Kenny’s AC, was answered and an appointment was made for the next day, Sunday. Jackson showed up with only a slight delay (notified in advance) and immediately inspected every register, every return, the attic air handler and the single compressor. He found the 7 year old unit was short about 3 pounds of Freon and recharged to proper level. Given this was a plus 100 degee day, it was evident our problem was solved and confirmed by temperature drop measured at the registers. The service was as professional as I have seen and the attention to detail displayed was a step or two above expectation. I could not provide a higher recommendation for Kenny’s AC and particularly for taking a call at 10 pm. The work ethic of of our serviceman, Jackson, was exceptional. What a pleasure. We are grateful for the rapid response and particularly the dedication to quality displayed by Jackson. For the service provided, the cost was an absolute bargain.

We needed our whole system replaced due to it being an outdated unit that was original to the home we purchased. I saw a few suggestions on Facebook for AC repair. Knowing absolutely nothing about AC repair, I called the first company that had the most recommendations. When I received their quote, I was shocked and worried that we would not be replacing our AC again this year. It was way over budget and what we had saved for. I told my husband to let me try one more company. I searched again and saw Mr. Kenny’s company. Not only was his quote thousands under what the larger company had quoted us, but it also took him less time to diagnose our issues and lay down a plan for replacement. They were out here a few days later to do the install. Thanks to Mr. Kenny’s team, our family will not be burning up this summer and we don’t have to carry the burden of financing a system that was way out of budget!

He arrived at our home with two hours of my call, took his time and got the work done right, was very effective with the time and work as it only took a little over an hour to do. He was very professional and we are grateful for his persistence in fixing our A/C. Costs for his time and effort was acceptable considering the necessity involved.

My AC stopped working the day before which was horrible as you can imagine. The next day I started my dreaded search of calling browsing the web for a HVAC technician. I did a little research into what costs I should be expecting to pay. I came across Kenny's Heating and Air, LLC several times but was not quite sure about using this company since there was only 1- 5 star review posted on google. As far as the other HVAC companies, they were booked for 2-3 days or required to have the landlord present. I needed immediate service. So, I took a chance and called Kenny's Heating and Air, LLC. He was able to fit me I to his schedule and came by only 2 hrs later! He was kind professional, and down to earth. The repair was quick and I would Definitely use him again if needed. He also has a Facebook page and I wanted to give him a glowing review on google since I don’t use Facebook that often!
