As a first time homebuyer, I have had some high anxiety with this house shopping process. Especially with the price of homes, plus interest rates these days, I want to make sure I’m purchasing a good, safe and sturdy home! My agent told me to be prepared for a thorough, long report. I was on location with Ned, during the inspection. He’s particular, thorough and sharp as a tack! He answered all my questions, showed me issues that he thought I would need addressed in the near future and informed me that the brand of an electrical panel box is notorious for safety concerns and recalls. He’s engaged, interactive informative and inclusive in his inspections. He’s fair. I could not have asked for better, for my first home purchase! Ned Dufrene is the Gold standard of property inspectors. Also worth noting, my home was inspected on a Wednesday afternoon and he had my final, complete report in my email folder on Wednesday night- as he promised to have it by 7:30am on Thursday. He’s prompt and time efficient!
