Great customer service, the owner’s wife set up my appointment and she was lovely. Technician came in a timely manner and he resolved the issue quickly and communicated clearly with me. I definitely recommend them and will use again in the future.

The guys at Bennett Air and Heat are great! They always come on time and ready to get to work on whatever problem I’m having. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The work is done quickly and completely. This is definitely my choice for Air and Heat service. I highly recommend this company.

Grateful for my honest tech (Josh Hogan) that came out and explained and rechecked my duel systems after another heating and air company said I must replace both systems due to failure & freon leak. I will say the time Josh spent double checking everything for me gained this company business for life from this family. Also, Josh was on time, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. 10 out of 10! HIGHLY Recommend.

My AC went out on a Sunday, heat getting well over 100 outside. I called Bennett Heating and Air. They were out here within an hour and got the cooling system fixed within a few minutes. So appreciate Bennett Heating and Air.

Our outside unit went out in the heat of a late Sunday afternoon. The temperature in the house was 90. I placed a call to Bennett Heating and Air. Josh told me to give him an hour to get to my house while he got his equipment together and headed to Sumrall. He was there in 45 minutes. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. While the after hours charge was no fun, it was expected before I called. Josh told me right off the bat what it would be when I explained I needed a service tech to come out. After it was all said and done, he was able to get our unit back up and running and I went to bed that night in a cooler house. The charges were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asked.

We called around 330 & they told us someone would be out shortly Well our Tech was very awesome & got the job done in no time we appreciate the company & Ray friendly technicians & explained everything step for step well as the lady when we called for service very friendly anyway over a five star Bennett I will let my family & friends know of as well again we say thanks for your service

Bennett Heating and Air is the only Heating and Air choice! They are respectful. They are honest and willing to help find the option best for you. They are quick to respond, even when ordering parts there is a quick turn around. My unit needed parts repaired within the same week, parts were ordered and installed in my unit. Give them a call; you won’t be disappointed!
