Destroyed parts of yard, grass, rocks, driveway, shurbs and did a donut in front yard around another shurb with heavy equipment. Dug dirt out of front yard and pushed it into ditch to cover cables. Will not answer calls nor attempt to make repairs. This started July 8, 2024. What started out a small repair has turned Into 165' in length and 36' from center of road into my yard. These are most recent photos. I have photos 253 of their workers and machinery hard at work. Put in 2 of the gaudy bxs. For AT&T...let's not mention wires just hanging from poles and wrapped around the outside of AT&T bxs.

Deviney started the installation of fiber optic lines in the Basswood Circle neighborhood in Brandon a number of weeks ago. Their crew damaged water lines and Rankin Co pulled their permit to work until they repaired the water lines. No repair to water lines and still sediment in the water. To date, according to the county manager, Deviney has not repaired the water lines or completed the fiber optic installation. Currently, my yard is in a mess, sidewalk lights were destroyed, orange fiber optic pipe still above ground in the middle of my yard. I have gone to the top AT & T management about dissolving their contract with Deviney and getting another company to finish the work. Justin, the Deviney employee I first talked with, is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. AT & T has admitted that he is a problem, no public relations skills. Personal advice, don't ever give Deviney any of your business unless you enjoy being abused. If a no star review could have been given, Deviney deserves it.

Not even worth the 1 star given. They were TERRIBLE. AT&T contracted Deviney to do the ground work, and Deviney left dirt patches around the cable box installed in the ground. I called to get sod placed because they left the yard in a mess. After being told they’d come back out within a couple of days, they return the next week and did HALF the job and laid brown/dead sod. I called for days with no response for someone to complete the job. After finally speaking with someone, I was told it would be the next week – they failed to show up. I called for 4 weeks, being promised they’d come out “next week” to fix the job. After a month passed, I spoke with someone who told me the “dead sod” had nothing to do with them and I needed to be patient. They finally came out to correct the job (I wasn’t home) and the job was just terrible. I am so disappointed! I’ll be reaching out to AT&T as well because they don’t deserve the business.
