They installer was very professional and listened to my concerns.The pricing was better than 2 other quotes I received and the warranty is the best!!

My experience was really good, and I felt confident of what I was purchasing. My windows were in, all 11 that including a bay window, in one day. One fellow came out to put them in and he normally has a partner to help him but it was right after the Christmas time and you know how that is. People have vacations and takeoff, etc. He had to work all the way up until almost 9 at night, but he was very good. He cleaned up afterwards and showed us how the windows worked. We are so very pleased with our new look. We absolutely love our windows!!

Had quite a few issues with the initial install and received a different door than door that ordered without a heads up or compensation for the difference (6 panel vs plain flat) and it took a over a week to get a different installer to come fix and complete install BUT the windows are now fabulous. The second installer was amazing and courteous and made my concerns with the initial job felt heard. He did have to take almost all the windows out and put them back in because of how they were installed at first. Most didn't even have caulk from the initial install.. he reinstalled, caulked and finished my back door too. It was a huge relief after a long week with 2 rain storms and heat/humidity getting in. It was a bit frustrating at first to get assistance too but like I said, the second installer did fix everything and now I am loving it! The quality of the windows (I got vinyl) is incredible compared to my metal single pane. Not much sun gets in and now that it is sealed, my house is keeping cool without my a/c working so hard. I will follow up with how long it takes to receive the replacement windows (I received 2 cracked) but I don't feel it will be too long. More photos also coming
